I was trying to return Micellar water makeup remover. I purchased the item on October 31st and was trying to return it on November 11th with Tanisha and after scanning my receipt 3x I honestly was very confused on what she was doing because she left the register to go to the photo area for 10 minutes then comes back and starts scanning the product multiple times then asks me after 20 minutes of standing at the register (while the line is just building behind me) when did you purchase this product and I told her October 31st then proceeds to say "well we can't refund if it's been 30 days" and I said it's the 11th today. She then keeps saying I can give you store credit. Mind you she called the supervisor over and he's like "we can only do store credit with no receipt" I said I have the receipt she scanned it 3x and doesn't say anything and just walks away. I was so fed up waiting there for so long and felt bad for the people just standing in line behind me waiting too so I said I'm just going to take it to my other Walgreens and decided to leave. I honestly do not know how she's been there since 2021 because even when I was waiting in line she took super long with the person in front of me as well. She moves super slow. I highly do not recommend coming to this location. Such a terrible experience at Walgreens and I have never had issues with the Walgreens by my house in Murrieta.

I asked the lady at the pharmacy for liquid magnesium and she says she doesn't know just to look against the wall. Not any help at all.!

Drive thru takes forever now. It was nice when they did NOT do COVID testing. Now it takes 20 minutes every time there is a car in the window.

I have an awesome review for the photo department. Needed to copy some pictures for my sister and Mary was very helpful. I didn't feel like I was putting her out and it was nice to get her smile and good attitude.

Not surprising that this stores reviews are as bad as they are on Yelp because I literally just watched some old angry woman stall me out so that I couldn't get Western Union money from the Walgreens because she was assuming that I was doing something fraudulent yet I had all of the information that I needed to get this cash sent Western Union. It was cash, how could it be fraudulent? this person decided to instead pretend to use the phone until after 9 than processed it so it would fail. She's going to wish she hadn't

Pretty good Walgreens. I came here for my medications when I needed refills etc. It is clean inside. Outside is a different story. You'll find rash and things in the parking lot and other stuff just left. Also, be on the look-out for transients in the parking lot. Because that's a thing.This Walgreens is located at 18296 Collier Ave Lake Elsinore, CA 92530It was never really crowded when I went. I don't remember crazy long wait times or anything like that. I was usually able to run in and grab my medications and jet! Customer service was just so-so. Not bad in my experience, but nothing above average either. Pretty standard "what do you want? And here you go, bye" kind of stuff lol If you are looking for friendliness and more interaction, then this may not be the place for you lol

Experience 1: Took passport pictures there for a certification test. I knew the requirements of the photo because I read the instructions, I knew that I was allowed to smile and I didn't have to have my hair tucked behind my ears. But the lady made me not smile and made me made sure I look awful for my photo and she got too close to me and I use to take passport pictures for my first job in 2013 and I didn't have to stand that close to the customer, I'm sure cameras have improved from then. I had no idea that this picture was going to end up on my certification card! Now I have this HORRIFIC photo of me and I can't change it. Even if I had to retake the photo and pay for the service again, that is none of her business and she shouldn't have made me do anything I didn't want to do for the photo.Experience 2: I got free photos for mother's day on an app I use and they happen to be for Walgreen's photos which is nice that the company does that. But this walgreens couldn't even manage to print 10 proper photos because one of them was suppose to be of me jumping on to someone and hugging them and all it is, is a cropped picture of my chest. Just check the photos before handing them to the customer, is it really that hard?

The customer service is awful. The checker who checkedus out was rude and obnoxious. There was a customer that was BSing w the lady in Photo. He was laughing up a storm. Acting out etc and no mask was required. Normally I wouldn't say anything but the people I took there are high risk. Jonathan said " We can't enforce it, I personally don't wear one, you just touched the key board and I don't clean it. Your ears are open Etc etc. I will be going to the one on Diamond Drive from here on out. Including my photos.

This place lost my order twice! The same order!!!! How can you make it and lose it? It's an online order. Do not order your photos thru them.
