Manager with mullet never likes to work register. Literally will do anything not to work register. Line can back up and he won't help. Been here multiple times waiting in long line and he will wait her be at the photo section or walking around. Very short staffed too.

It was well stocked, the service was great and nice there wasn't an overwhelming amount of hustle and bustle which made it peaceful to shop there.

By far THE FRIENDLIEST employees in a drug store, since before Covid. All 3 younger ladies, I'd met and dealed with in the front of the store (photos and register) where very friendly and helpful and right there when needed.Kudos, Walgreens. Thank you, Ladies. I'll be back, shopping at this location, for sure. ?

Apparently it’s a 2 week wait for some prescribed medication for pain from Walgreens which “I think is pretty weird since its a pharmacy.” Came here to get some pills for my mom had her Id and prescription signed from the doctors and i guess they thought something was weird since I was picking it up for her. So I had to go back and l bring my mom down as she was waiting in the car cause she had juts had her surgery and they still told me they don’t have them even tho she was there with me.If u need any pills after surgery do not come to this place as they will not have them ready anytime soon. So much for being a pharmacy lol. Came to a even smaller pharmacy across the street next to Cardenas and provided the pills in less then 20 min with excellent costumer service asking questions that need to be asked so there’s no confusion highly recommended this pharmacy instead called mission trail medical family clinic.

The store manager didn’t follow the coupon procedure she stated that “not in her store.” . The cashier guy felt bad for me because of his manager’s attitude. Suggest next time please read what’s on the coupon procedures before making your own decision. But ofcourse I didn’t make a big deal out of it. And left the store.

I have shopped here over 20 years. It is always clean, plenty of stock. Employees very nice & helpful. Great pharmacy.

This Walgreens is super fast. You don't have to wait forever for your prescriptions. The people here are cool & helpful.

This Walgreens location is the worst pharmacy... When I call to make sure my prescription has been received the answer depends on who you talk they all tell you something different... Forget about going in to pick them up... Why are there 5 people walking around in the pharmacy and only one person helping both the counter and window no wonder it takes forever... Plus it is a minimum 20 minute wait to get to the counter that doesn't include finding your prescription... They've lost my prescription more than once, I've never seen so much disorganization why is there 5 different place my prescription could be... From the terrible attitude, the ridiculous wait, the misinformation, and the disorganization I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone... They are truly awful...

Waited around in the front of the register for a few minutes before a cashier showed up to ring me up. The reviews are pretty spot on. Looks like the company treats their employees horribly cause they lack any desire to help, assist, or even be there. Makes me not want to be there either.

I hate this pharmacy. I've been going here for years and every time I fill my prescription there's always issues on their end. It's medication I need for blood pressure it's nothing crazy like pain meds so why is it I'm always having a problem picking up. Then they tell me it's ready I show up and now they tell me 20min to fill when I was told it was ready. I'm changing my pharmacy asap

After I get this months prescription I'm going to go somewhere else I've been here for 10yrs and they still haven't learnt how to treat customers. They never smile or greet you. I told the guy thank you have a good day he hangs the phone up. I never can get my medication on the day it's supposed to be there even if I gave it to them a week early. This place is awful. Go to the one on Newport in Menifee way better staff

I know this review isn't going to matter to a big corporation like Walgreens, however I want to share my frustration. So I dropped off my prescription 3 days ago on a Friday morning. I was told that the prescription would be ready Monday. Ok, no problem. I now know to make time on Monday morning to pick up my medication before my day begins. Fast forward to Monday morning... I arrive at the drive through at 8:00 AM which is when the location opens. I wait until 8:15 and still nobody comes to the window, shade is still drawn and the closed sign is still in the window. I attempt to call the location and no one answers my call. I then thought maybe the drive through isn't open, so I drive around to the front of the store only to find several other people standing at a locked front door also waiting for the location to open. I drive back up to the drive through window again and park. The shade is still closed and closed sign is still in the window. I decided to call the other Walgreens location on Collier to see if maybe the hours had changed for this location. I was informed that the hours of operation were the same and that they should have opened at 8:00 AM. So I continue to wait. Finally at 8:27 AM the window opens. I informed them that I was here for pick up of my medication. She collected my information and then tells me that it's not quite ready yet that it's going to take another 25-30 minutes before it's ready. At this point I am upset. I told her that I have been waiting here for over 25 minutes already. She then told me "well the store just opened"..... I informed her that the store opening late was not my problem and that I was going to be waiting for the medication. She left and returned a minute or so later and informed me that they don't have the medication in stock and that it may show up around 3 PM and that I could return then. This is insane, how is this ok for any company to conduct business like this? So I asked for my prescription back and went to the other Walgreens on Collier. I explained to the employee at the drive through window the whole situation and she was apologetic and said she would have the medication ready in about 30 minutes. I received a text before the 30 minute promise time that the prescription was ready. It only took me just under 1.5 hours to pick up my prescription, but I am thankful for the Walgreens on Collier for the great customer service.
