Best experience possible. He worked to find me the best deal on my new phone. I'm 72 years old and wanted a simple phone that I needed- I didn't want one with anything new to have to learn. He was friendly, very kind and understanding, and so helpful. Such a great experience to not have a pushy salesperson. I told him exactly what I wanted, and that's what he gave me. Very nice young man and a credit to your company.

Trinity was the best phone sales man very professional not lazy at all Verizon has a real winner that actually enjoys his job I have 10 stars for him but only allowed to put 5 because of him I have switched completely to Verizon

Stay away from authorized retailer. They just rob you of your money with unnecessary bundle purchases making it so you HAVE to buy their store products in order to get the “trade in” price for your new device. The lady who sold me my phone also told me I NEEDED to keep the Mobile protection plan for minimum 3 months before removing. She lied. All in all super frustrating experience. Go to an actual corporate store. Stay away from THIS store especially.

I would like to recognize Trinity, he is an excellent employee for Verizon, his personable, knowledgeable and calm personality with all three of those attributes he was able to make me a happy customer. I needed an upgrade for my internet box at home and he was able to provide me with that as well as help me connect it to my home meanwhile I was having a hard time getting help on the phone they couldn't help me and I was more than frustrated with no internet and so forth however, Trinity helped me through it with ease as well as upgrading my phone service so I would get the full capacity for my cell phone to work l... thank you again Trinity for your skills, knowledge, patience and your calm spirit you are appreciated. This was literally one of the best experiences I’ve ever had upgrading to a new phone. Daisy was so patient, helpful, quick and kind.
