New to the area & came across Angel who saved me money on a simple fix for my headlights. A week later my engine light came on Angel squeezed me in to get a full diagnostic & instead of going the expensive route like other places would so they can over charge you and just replace parts that aren't part of the problem he knew EXACTLY what the issue was and was able to get my car running back to normal in one day with no need for unnecessary parts that weren't the problem. Keep in mind we have a Range Rover This place is affordable and EXTREMELY reliable.AMAZING customer service all around.If you're looking for a reliable, affordable and trustworthy place to get your car fixed THIS IS THE PLACE without a doubtPeople are very quick to post negative reviews but never the positive ones I know with my experience here I'd refer everyone no questions asked Will be going here for any car issues ever Thank you so much

I took my truck to have the engine swapped with a used engine that I purchased elsewhere. After the swap was completed I picked up my truck and found it still did not run correctly. I returned to Value Auto and spoke to Angel about it. He took time out from his work on other vehicles to take a look at my truck. He had no obligations to help as he had completed the work in which I had paid for. However he went beyond the call of duty and advised me on what may be causing the problem with my truck. I followed his advice but found my truck still had issues. Two days later I dropped my truck off with Angel to find the cause of what was wrong with the truck. I knew it wasn't the result of the engine being installed wrong. It was something external that I was missing. By the end of the day Angel called me with great news. He found the cause of the wrong. He offered to do the repairs for me at a very reasonable rate which I happily accepted. When I picked up my truck I felt very grateful that Angel took the time to assist and was more than fair with his price for repairs. I'm am thrilled that my truck is running better than it has in a long time. It's not at 100% but close enough for now. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of of a honest and professional mechanic. 5 STARS

Highly recommend this place. Been coming to this location since the new owner has taken over the shop. I've had my transmission and oil change done for a very reasonable price. Not to mention the friendly staff..

Had my 1998 Honda Civic motor rebuilt at this shop and it ran great with no issues. I'm now 50,000 miles on the rebuild and still no issues. Highly recommend this shop for anything.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE TO FIX YOUR CAR! My daughter had her car towed here, she was called and told that they had to put purchase a new battery so that they could evaluate her car. She was verbally quoted $ 225.00 for the battery, she never was given a written estimate, nor was she told about additional costs. When my daughter called to pick up the car, she was told that the battery ended up costing over $300.00 and the total due was $640.00! The owners very rude wife hung up on my when I tried to intervene, and advise her about the "Write It Right" law in California. I also did some further investigation about this company, and they've had several complaints where the police had to get involved. My daughter's brother-in-law is an attorney and her other brother-in law is a police officer in San Bernadino, we're planning to go forward with legal action against this company.

Well they have work on four of my cars and they brake something else so the car got to come back,they don't communicate with the customer they make a appointment for the car but don't work on it for a week and don't say nothing to you they are full of I'm sorry but they don't back up there warranty work well I will never use them again he angel said he put good parts on it charge you and put cheap parts on it.he is asking for a lawsuit I don't think nobody is certified mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my vehicle into Value Automotive to have the transmission serviced. The mechanic did not restore factory levels which caused my vehicle to jump and stop shifting. After getting towed back to the shop, the mechanic said it needed more transmission fluid. The transmission continued to have the same problem. After bringing it back again, the mechanic said that it was not the transmission and to just keep driving it. I then took my vehicle to another shop where they determined that the vehicle did not have enough transmission fluid. The mistake was not recognized by the mechanic and there was no apology. I do not recommend this shop.
