First I want to start me and my boyfriend walked in there to cash his check Tony B was the helping us, didn't even greet us when we sat down he rudely asked my boyfriend for his ID and bank card my boyfriend gave them to him and instead of Tony B giving them to my boyfriend like a nice bank teller he decides to slide my boyfriends cards across the counter my boyfriend had to catch them before they slid over the counter other side where we were sitting HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Management really needs to have a talk with him and his customer service

Never had a bad experience in my 13 years of banking with them until I met a guy name Tony B inside Albertsons US Bank. He was rude and didn't care about our business and even said to take our business elsewhere and wouldn't make my deposit and basically threw the money back and said he wouldn't do it. The manager George was not there and he is super nice so I didn't have a chance to tell him what happened. I talk to a few other customers and they don't like Tony either. He shouldn't be at this job if he can't handle customers. The bank is going to lose business because of his arrogance and bad attitude.

I actually appreciate the help I received at this location, but this bank is trash! I will never bank with them again. I was given false and misleading information over and over. The 'customer service' and bank branches do not communicate WHATSOEVER. They don't know who is in charge of what. Very nice but incredibly incompetent. Bank anywhere else, store money in your mattress before you open an account here.

I can't believe I even tried this bank. I've never had 1 problem with my bank opened my business account with us and I pay more fees than anything!!!! Never again!

All I Gotta say is $1.25 just for a balance inquiry Do not go to this bank this bank is a complete rip off. I don't know if it's like this for this branch only but they charge $1.50 just for a balance inquiry when that is free of charge I don't mind paying the 3.25 to pull money out but if they're charging you $1.50 just to check it there's something wrong here you could just walk down a couple steps and go to Wells Fargo where it's free.

Thankful for this Albertsons having a US Bank. Tellers are always very helpful and informative.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The teller and who I would assume is a manager of some sort were the rudest and most unhelpful people I've encountered. I went in to cash a check, no I don't bank here, and for good reason. They would not cash it and basically demanded I pay them to cash it. I refused as the check I had was issued at a US Bank and was from a very large company. Not only would they not even bother to look up the account to see if their client had a waiver on their account so that customers do not have to pay the fee, the manager pretty much tossed the check at me telling me to go to the bank I bank with. DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible branch, one of my accounts got into the negative for a week waiting for next payroll. The female manager decided to freeze all my accounts and cancel my cards. The main bank had no idea what was going on.

Absolute idiots! I walk in with escrow check over 25,000 dollars and they won't let me open up a bank account. I have proof that I own the house, drivers licenses from california and washington state where I have just moved from and the pinhead behind the counter says sorry, too bad for you. Back to farmers and merchants bank in long beach I go! Nothing like excellent service usbank would be wise to learn a bit of.
