Guys are dicks. Towed the car 2 miles and had it for 5 hours and charged 285 dollars. I opened the car and realized they must have went through it because the glove box was open and so was the center console as if some one was looking through them. They were also very rude as soon as I walked in the doors.

Avoid these guys at all costs! My daughter was in a collision in Lake Elsinore and this outfit was called by the OC Sheriffs to remove her car, rather than the AAA tow that she would have rather had. They towed the car away from the scene of the accident, without leaving her any paperwork, contact information or any way to reach them and retrieve her car. I only found out where the car was after we arrived in Lake Elsinore to pick her up and called the local towing serviced one by one to locate the car. One of them told me that United was the designated tower for OC Sheriffs on that given night. I called the phone number on their web site - no answer. We drove to their location and found 2 guys sitting around doing nothing (and not answering the phone while we were there). They said that they had the car and that if we wanted to view it we would have to pay the towing fee. After I berated them for their busines practices and taking advantage of a young, hearing impaired woman, they relented and let us see the car without paying. The car was seriously damaged but the driver admitted that he thought it was drivable, but that my daughter took his advice to have it towed. We arranged with United to have the insurance company pick up the car which they did a couple of days later. We thought the matter was handled, but after 16 days, we received a notice of a pending lien sale that these kind people apparently thought was the appropriate way to get paid for their tow. I confirmed with the insurance company that the United towing bill had, in fact been paid already. Called United, and got no answer, as was previously the case. The only conclusion possible is that these are not the type of people one wants to do business with.

Thank you United Towing for coming to pick me after an accident in which my car was not drivable. They arrived quickly. The driver was kind, and helpful. I highly recommend United Towing.

Well today we were at the Lake Elsinore Costco getting gas in my sons car. Next we knew the car needed a jump so I found a nice man at the Costco door and he had jumper cables intact he was parked right next to us. Anyway we jumped the car and proceeded to drive out of the parking lot. Well the car stalled so I remembered that with the Costco card you can get towing so I called our insurance and told them everything and said a tow truck from United Towing Service,Inc. would be there to help us in about 30 minutes. Well he was there in about 7 minutes very fast. I really didn't time him. But it was the fastest I've ever had a tow truck come to rescue us. Keith was the guys name he was very friendly dressed nice and was there to help. I just have to say he was great. He backed the car in perfectly. I was just so happy cuz it was like the hottest day of the year and he was still so very nice and helpful. In the future if u need a tow do not hesitate to call United Towing Service. Kieth is the best. Thanks so much.
