Ultimately rude. Never again. I don't recommend ordering from here . Owner basically was rude and there is no being right as customer . Especially in an industry where you order customs. The consumer is paying for what they want not what you assumed and now trying to make it out to be like I was in the wrong for what I wanted. He's lucky his son was kind enough to help figure out something. Still wasn't what I ordered.

Definitely horrible customer service. The owner definitely seemed high or like he didn't want business. Seem like a pain to give me a quote. Then when i asked about lead time he said i have to give him a deposit in order to know how long it would take? lol you want me to give you money just for you to tell me it's going to take weeks? Dude just close up and go home for the day, you just lost an ongoing customer because of laziness. Btw i would definitely hide those torta signs you made, they were distorted. Thanks for wasting my time.

Thank you FreddyGreat service and quality work. They can get all products very quick. Screen and heat print shirts is what I ordered and job was completed ASAP. I drove 1 hour away but it was totally worth it.I was recommended by GR Wraps in Rancho Cucamonga.

I have ordered a few signs from ultimate signs. They price their items really well and are quick to complete. It's a small business and I like supporting them. Call them and you will get what you need for marketing. Signs, banners, dEcals, clothing and most anything you need your name on.

This company does not have customer service as a priority, this was a big problem for our company. We received poor response with return calls, follow up on orders or follow through of orders. Delays are money to a small business like ours. We are starting over with a service oriented printer, much more responsive to our needs. Beware!
