PLEASE Stay away if you think get a hair cut here !!!!! $$$ 87.00for a messy hair cut is ridiculous!!!!!the lady heather has no idea to cut hair she not follow any hair piece guide and messy up my hair first that all I asked her if she can do the style I want and I show her some pictures to giving her the idea ! I requested not cut much the length on my sides and she messed up one side first and look at me like a silly and she says things happens???i was so disappointed to decide get a haircut here at the end she say I make 5 haircuts in one!! That wasn’t my problem lady if you have a hard time to finish my cut but I pay that price ridiculous should like giving 0 stars

I'm frustrated with this Ulta branch! I'm struggling to find the perfect foundation that complements my skin and lasts all day. After much searching, I finally found one I'm satisfied with, but encountered another issue with finding the right color match. The customer service at this specific Ulta store is subpar, as they lack knowledge about their products and are unable to accurately match skin tones. Over the past month, I've visited the store every week to ensure I've found the correct shade.During my recent visit, I waited for around 20 minutes before someone offered assistance. When they recognized me, their attitude conveyed annoyance that I was there again. I requested a sample, but the staff member falsely claimed they don't provide samples, despite me having received several before. Eventually, I received a small amount of foundation that wasn't enough to cover my entire face. This left me wondering about my next steps. Should I return and ask for more? Should I visit a different branch? Or perhaps I should order multiple products online and return them the next day since I can't find the right match in-store?I didn't notice any signs in the store limiting the number of visits or assistance a customer can receive within a certain time frame. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to proceed.

I prefer this Ulta to the one in San Marcos. The one in San Marcos has too many sales associates on the floor. I cannot go in there and look and try out any of the testers without being constantly hounded by sales associates over and over again. This is very unfortunate as this Ulta is the closest one to my home. Please ask the sales associates to refrain from constantly asking the customers if they can help themIt starts to feel like a form of harassment.Thank you

I came in here for the first time yesterday and had an amazing experience. I have difficult skin, multiple tones, acne prone, combination, and a lot of redness, so finding a foundation that matches is a hard task. I was helped by the associate BELLA and she went above and beyond to find me exactly what I needed. She genuinely listened, was patient, fun, informative, and just overall a good vibe. I'll be back again!

left the store knowing I had to make a review. the ladies in this store are completely rude. they follow you around and just stare at you in a rude way. I don't understand why people treat other people badly. It's not hard to smile and be kind to others. I am not going to be coming back to this store. the one in temecula is way friendlier than this one and they don't follow you around. Just because people have the money to buy a lot doesn't mean they're stealing.

I experienced a terrible haircut at a DIFFERENT salon last year, so was very hesitant to see if it could be fixed. I made an appointment & Blanca was so sweet & understood & whola.. great haircut. She was great & I will be returning!

If I could rate zero stars I would. We went today for my friends wedding, 4 of the bridesmaids went in for makeup and it came out horrible. I usually can do my makeup and do a decent job but this looked bad. My face didn’t match the foundation. She didn’t even blend it properly everything looked like a beginners job. My friend was helped by someone else and hers was like clown makeup. Eyebrows were uneven so obvious and her blushed looked so bright pink. The worse part was under her eyes she didn’t clean up the eyeshadow.Please dont waste your money I paid the 77 dollars but didnt tip her because I had to go back and do my own makeup. Such a waste of time and on top of that they rushed everything, it doesn’t look like they know what they are doing!

This place is super clean and the staff are really friendly as well! They always have great reccommendations for any price point if you're not certain on a product. I got foundation matched here and my match was spot on on the first try!

I just had a baby and haven't been able to maintain my hair. I haven't had a cut in so long and it needs to be dyed badly. With just having a baby I haven't made time for myself to do this. I made a hair appt over a month ago for today because I have a very special event on Tuesday. I showed up 10 min early and waited 15 min for anyone to acknowledge me. When they did I was told with no remorse by Lorraine that she was still going to be awhile with her client and I would need to wait another 45 min. I understand things run behind and people call out sick but they could have called ahead to let me know or even said I'm sorry or offered to take some of the price. Additionally- why would she have picked up someone else's appt who called out sick knowing she would not make her own appts?? She could have cared less and for that reason I chose not to stay and give my hard earned $200 to her! I will never use Ulta for hair appts

She suggested FEKKAI, which I shall test tonight in the hopes that it will be the ideal fit for me. Without a doubt, I'll be coming back here to buy my daily essentials.

I know nothing about beauty products, and don’t like going here without my sister. However I needed something I saw on tiktok and went searching with no success, and a wonderful employee name Rose asked if I needed help, and I declined due to me thinking I could find it. Nope I couldn’t and thankfully she did ask again, and I explained what I needed and she quickly found the product for me. She was very educated and all the products that I need and I’m very grateful for that and she also made me feel very comfortable going to a place that I normally don’t like to go. Rose was absolutely wonderful. She was absolutely amazing! Thank you Ulta!
