(The pictures show my hair after getting it done recently by Victoria R. and the way it was done before by Victoria A.) I went in for an all over blonde. I’ve done it before with a different stylist and got the results I wanted. The stylist I went to recently gave me a different blonde than I asked for and said I’d have to come in for more treatments to get the results I was looking for. I would understand if I hadn’t already done the EXACT same thing with a different stylist and got the results instantly. (Not to mention, before my stylist would style my hair after a color or cut but this time around she blow dried my hair and left it). When I asked for a refund they said they would give me a deep conditioning but why would I want to go back in to someone who messed up my hair? No thanks.

The cashier got done helping someone with a return and then went off to chat with her coworker instead of acknowledging me as I was next in line. I would've shopped around after if I had a better customer experience.

Worst customer service experience ever. Not helpful at all. Even the cashier. I asked a question and it seemed like I was bothering her. I have experienced bad customer service before here but this time they were even worse. Went there because it was convenient on my way home. Management needs to do something.

Love this Ulta in Lake Elsinore! The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. I get my hair shampooed and blown out when they give 5x or 10x points! Always an excellent experience at Lake Elsinore Ulta!

I'm very disappointed I was looking for powder associated directed me to something which was supposed to be better than powder foundation it was for the base of my wig well I bought it used an it was liquid went right through my wig , I had to wash it all over again as I told her I need the powder form she insisted I use the other product that was nothing like the powder I booked a make over I cancelled it just because if u couldn't give good guidance on my hair I will not allow u to damage my face moral of the story it messed my wig off product was liquid I asked for powder form

I went in looking for a very specific shade of blush I was helped out by Hailee and she was unbelievably patient with me. She absolutely went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only help me find what I was looking for but to make sure I had a great experience. She was also extremely knowledgeable. I live in Menifee so I usually frequent the ulta near me , but I will be going out of my way to drive here just for the amazing customer service.

Worst customer service, they set me up with an hair appointment after I purchase something letting me know that I have reward points that would cover $70 in services. After I got my hair services done when I went to pay they let me know that I have to show an ID to use the rewards well I don't like using my real name most of the times for my personal reasons and they refuse to honor the rewards due to a policy. If it's a policy the employee should of let me know the policy before I had the services! I was embarrassed and treated like I was stealing when they are the ones how told me I have the rewards and I should treat myself!!!

I took my daughter in to get a haircut. We asked for 2 inches off the main length and to add some layers in with nothing shorter than shoulder length. By the end it was messed up so bad that a total of more than 10 inches needed to be cut off in order to “fix it.” The salon manager was not in so now I need to go back in order to possibly get it refunded.
