Today was in a rush to grab a gift… bought a bottle of Hennessy 1.75ML and a Buffalo Trace Bourbon 750ML… was charged $165. Same liquor at their competitors is 50% less. My fault… should have bargained?????. Slimy feel of being taken advantage of. I am capitalist… profit is necessary but daylight robbery is not necessary. Will not be going back there. I sure do hope the owner got all the $165.

Went to this stores few times the day crew is very nice. I recently visited last evening I bought something for $15.99 and a regular bottle of soda why was he charging me $20.94? Has soda gone up? Or is he (the night guy) charging extra? Are their prices different? Like literally Day and night . And just for some who may ask or wonder also why is this night guy so rude (I'm not sure) but have noticed you have to look straight in his face to tell him what you want (I think he reads lips) made my communication with him easier but in all due respect it doesn't give reason for price gouging. I think the night guy is the owner I'm not sure but it doesn't give him reason to be so rude he treats some customers better than others.

I visited this Tuscany Liquor the day before Cinco De Mayo and I am glad I did. I popped by on a whim and found the two items I was looking for. Sadly for someone else, I got the last box of the popular Cantaritos by Jarritos. I noticed the negative reviews this place has received. It seems to be directed at a man that works there. I did not have any such problem. If anything the woman behind the register went the extra steps to make sure I was happy. She looked for more cases of Cantaritos for me and made small talk. She was happy and cheerful and grateful for my business. I didn't encounter the napping man.

Terrible customer service. I went in on Sunday at 2.15pm the man at the counter ignored me at first. Finally he came over and I asked politely for a guava citrus vape pen black with blue and yellow cap. He said, no I do not have it...with out checking. I went to the car and got the brand name and he still said...no. do not have... so my daughter went in and he miraculously had it. Ageism? He was very rude.
