Terrible service and fraudulent activity. They Charged my mothers credit card TWO times! Then the phone rep had an attitude as if she was in the wrong. They never apologized and never reached out to acknowledge their mistake. Astonishingly unprofessional.

Very speedy response and MIND YOU this was just a few years ago before the coronavirus. I recently got yelp and my wife was telling me to write these reviews. This could be outdated but if I do have any plumbing issues, I am gonna come again. How could I forget pops family plumbing? If you're looking for anything plumbing done very quick , pops family plumbing is the place.

Pops Family Plumbing replaced my old water heater in 2/2023 prompt and professional. So when there was an issue with my water heater due to some demolition going on in my home I called Pops to rectify the problem again on time and professional the technician was very kind and explained everything to me the cause and what had to be done very informative. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issue they are honest and trustworthy that's what makes all the difference with honest pricing they are there to do the best necessary job not put you in the poor house for a unnecessary job Thanks for a job well done

I had a leaky propane pipe and Pop's plumbing took care of me. Very respectful, friendly and professional. They were quick to answer my questions over the phone and their communication was outstanding. They ran 120 feet of poly pipe from my propane tank to my home.

These folks were a huge help with fixing a leak in my wall from a very old rusted pipe. They were totally professional and got it done in under 90 minutes! They also put me on the schedule right away so I didn't have to wait a long time to get this repaired. Thanks again for the help!

From the very first phone call to the reroute itself and everything in between their staff proved to be impeccably professional, experienced, friendly and accommodating. Do yourself a favor, avoid the stress, give them a call and have them take care of your plumbing (and additional services) needs...Oh yah, and after canvassing others, they ranked the most reasonable. What more can you ask for!
