Worst Store ever as everyone says. ZERO STARS and don't know how they stay in business. They are rude, unhelpful and they just stand there texting on their phone all day instead of helping customers. I needed a new phone because their Samsung Fold has a known defect of having a black stripe across the fold after a while and stops working. I ordered a new phone replacement covered UNDER WARRANTY over the phone and went to pick it up and the employee JESUS refused to give it to me when I got there saying it wasn't covered. COMPLETE LIE DO NOT FALL FOR THAT. I called tmobile and they eventually sent me a new phone to my address and only charged me $5 when these idiots wanted me to go thru warranty and pay a claim when there was no physical damage or get a new phone which is their ultimate goal. Absolute lying thieves that just want to sell you a new phone. His manager, a female dont know her name, was standing there next to him doing absolutely nothing. She told me to try to go to a Samsung store for a replacement. Do your Damn job lady and give me my phone. Because of her and Jesus i have to wait another two days for a phone when they could have easily swapped it out like Customer service ended up doing for me over the phone. I asked where is the Samsung store and she said "I don't know google it." Ok lady i dont have a phone to google it with thats why im here! The Samsung repair centers do not replace phones under warranty. Another moron just like Jesus. I'm glad I got my new phone and stay away from these jackasses.

I would just like to commend Izzy! He is super knowledgeable! He was able to help my husband and I resolve our issues in a matter of minutes. We went in right before closing and he was still very nice and patient with us. He really knows the ins and outs of the business and listened attentively and answered all our questions thoroughly.

After waiting 20 min. I wanted to drop off my old phone, I recently upgraded to a new iPhone 15. The employee that was helping me was very nice and started the process. After updating all of the required information a mangers approval was needed the employee call the manager and the manager would not give the needed information and told the employee that I will have to mail the phone in. I ask why and he said he was not sure but believes that the manger did not want to give there code. I understand that the manager cannot be on-site at alltimes, but customers should not have to be put out because they do not have a plan.

Just horrible customer service, the guy that helped my family and I just had the most disgusting attitude. Just talked down to us and giving us false information.

I have never gone to a tmobile that refused service. I was told a jump from samsung to iPhone would take several hours and I could come back or set up an appt. Find another location because this one isn't willing to help at all.

Very poor customer service. The salesperson was not knowledgeable regarding 4th of July deals. He flat out said "NO 4th of July" deals. He didn't even discuss any other options/deals that were available. We've been a tmobile customer since 2005. I guess loyalty doesn't matter. The experience was unsatisfactory.

We went in with hope. Came out 5 months later in disaster. We went with them with the thought they took care of the other service provider you are with. Well that's half true . They got our service disconnected but didn't do the buy out transaction. That's up to us. Which we didn't know. So the so called gift cards that were supposed to come, Never came to pay off the other provider. And we have the 5G internet which sucks so bad... that dude lied when he said he never gets lag. Wish I can give 0

I'm absolutely impressed with this location. everything is so organize. the store smells good.All the employees were helpful. The manager seems to happy employees willing to help.

T mobil is a thief in disguise. Never received phone from them and they are billing me for phone... They are deceiving... Stay away from them.... You been warned.... Dishonest practices.....

Gabby was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me set up a new account for my son. She even suggested replacing my SIM card to the newer version to get the most benefits from the 5G service. The entire experience was positive and fast.

Switching to tmobile has been the biggest mistake I have ever made. They have had a known outage in the area for months and failed to inform us when we signed up. So in an emergency calling my nearest relative for a ride to the doctor the phone wouldn't work!! I had to walk in pain and pregnant to my nearest neighbor to use their phone! I have called them over and over to find something to fix this as I'm in the middle of a high risk pregnancy and they keep telling me, it's been escalated and you'll hear back within 3 days. All the while they are charging people for their full cell bills with a system that only works part of the time. This company is an embarrassment. Definitely gonna be looking for other options and I don't recommend this place to anyone!

This place might seem unassuming, like a typical T-Mobile store. Once you go through the doors, you are definitely in for a full customer experience. I have to give credit to Derrick, the store manager and his wonderful staff. Derrick went above and beyond helping my wife and I with a situation that was created by another T-Mobile store (looking at you T-Mobile Temecula!) that resulted in us having an additional line added to our account that we neither asked for or wanted. He spoke to T-Mobile Customer service, who apparently did not realize they were there for customer service. Geraldine, please remember what you're there for. It's not to transfer people to other CS reps so they can do your job. Thank you to the gentleman who spoke to Derrick last, he apologized and took care of everything. Derrick, if you read this, we really appreciate what you did! I wish all the T-Mobile stores worked liked yours. Thank you.

I will make a long story short... I highly suggest staying away from this store. They are privately owned (NOT A CORPORATE T-MOBILE). The staff is VERY rude and does not care about its customers.
