Your curbside system is horrible. The app didn't offer me to put in the spot number but it said they'd be out soon. After 5 mins I called and the guy said it never registered, so he took my name and spot number and supposedly asked the guys working curbside to get the order. 15 mins later I called and they still hadn't pulled it. The employees were sorry they said the system was glitchy and they've asked upper management to get it fixed. Your employees are fine, you system is not. I'll wait a while before ordering here again.

I feel this is where welfare goes. Unfortunate. Wildomar site way nicer but I still go here because I like the employees and my beer!

I've been shopping this location since it was open. The employees here are very attentive and also very nice, and always clean. I have noticed the store has been cutting quite a few items over the past couple of months. You can't tell by looking at the shelves, because their always stocked well. I will mention 2 items missing on my last ( twice a week) shopping. This one really got me because it's their store brand. Wide Awake Cold Brew Coffee. They have other brands, but they dont even come close to the one now missing, very depressing to me. The other item I didn't find was MOTHER'S' cookies ( English Tea) If they would bring the coffee back I would give them a great big 5 stars. Here is an idea for the Management to consider: If a product isn't selling well enough maybe you should do a taste comparison( with management staff) along with the other brands you sell. If you did so you would find out that your store brand was the best! (I've already done it, starbucks was ok, but the others were really bad.) Then maybe get with your vendor and arrange a tasting for the customers very close to the refrigerated aea where it is sold. I'm very sure this would show the cold brew drinkers who has the best! it's your own brand Thanks for the time.
