If I could give a negative I would. Horrible customer service, horrible company. We went in to try and lower our cable/ internet bill and was told there was no way to do so, so we canceled services. We were then told " that's your prerogative". We turned in all equipment and asked if we owed anything further and were told no. Three weeks later we received a bill and were told it's because we canceled in the middle of the billing cycle. When we asked why they didn't tell us that in the store when we turned everything in we were told they don't need to disclose that. WHAT?? Then we were told that we could have received a "retention credit" for our years of service to get our bill lowered but that we no longer qualified because our services were cancelled and we should have asked about it. We didn't even know that was a thing. In any case, we are paying the FINAL bill and hope we never have to hear from this company again. HORRIBLE!!!!

FRAUD ALERT:Salesman "E Jeremiah McKnight" swindled my senior and military veteran parents into a TV, Landline, internet, and cell phone bundle, and forced them to upgrade unnecessarily into a new cell allegedly "free" (but actually put them under a cell phone contract that is more expensive than the phone, Red Flag #1). The salesman used the salesman pitch and tactic of "let me see your cell phone, oh this is phone is old let me give you a free cell phone." The Salesman took my parents' social security number and used their own email (vice my parents) to set up and register my parents' Spectrum account (Red Flag#2) The Salesman promised my parents certain TV channels but when the Installation Tech told them those channels weren't available, my parents tried to cancel and had to return all the TV equipment themselves (Red Flag #3). Spectrum was also charging them for TV service whose installation was delayed and wasn't installed until three weeks later due to the Thanksgiving holidays (Red Flag #4). At the Spectrum Office, my parents had to return the TV parts themselves, and when they tried to cancel their services they got deflected to customer service who pin-balled them between multiple departments for over four hours (my father suffering from COPD exhausted his oxygen tank & had to leave, and they overheard multiple laughing conversations in the background, (Red Flag #5)). When my parents tried to retrieve their landline back, Spectrum refused to release ownership of the phone number back to another service provider (Red Flag #6). Also calling their customer service, they refused to provide paper copies of what contracts my parents signed themselves up for and told us everything was sent by email to them (which in actuality was the Salesman's email, Red Flag #7). So we had to switch over the account's email back to my parents. We are still trying to figure out who's credit card has been placed in the account (doesn't match any of my parents numbers) but the bill remains to my parents' names.We are trying to work with Spectrum customer service again but they are also giving us over two hours of run around (calling different departments and supervisors).[Edit] After three hours with their customer service and bouncing around their fraud department, the situation was meeting the moral definition but didn't meet the monetary value definition of FRAUD and was instead classified as "dubious salesman practices."We will now be monitoring their credit reports to ensure nothing else nefarious is happening with their taken private information, nor that they are placed into collections.

My husband and I went into the Lake Elsinore Spectrum store today. My husband needed a new phone. We signed in and ended up with Chase as our technician. He was very rude and unprofessional. I was asked for my ID, Chase said we will need it if we make any changes and the ID was set aside. I was then ask to enter my social security into the computer, I did. I didn’t ask any questions. He asked why we were there, said husband needs a new phone.Chase then starts to take photos of my driver’s license with a cell phone. I asked who the phone belonged to. That is where he got quite upset. He said the phone belonged to Spectrum and if I didn’t like it I could take care of the change Online. I said no, we are here. Chase then said, well I’m doing you a favor taking care of you/us. If I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. I asked, you are doing us a favor? He said, yes. What do you think I’m doing. I said, your job. He repeated no I’m doing you a favor helping you. My husband then stepped in. They started talking about what phone my husband needed. As I asked questions about the phone’s capacity Chase would not look at me or answer my questions. My husband had to ask the questions. I was so shocked by the treatment we received from Chase. This is the second time in the location that we had bad service. We will need to find another location.The manner Chase took care of our needs was very rude and uncalled for.

I have phone service through spectrum and it's not that good. When everything slows down they blame it on the phone instead of their service. Never had a problem with AT&T or Verizon.

I am LIVID . I showed up during posted business hours (hours say close at 8pm and I was here at 7:30pm) to a dark store. And now I won’t have time to go to another location before it closes . That is unacceptable. Do NOT post hours you have no intention of keeping. It literally takes TWO SECONDS to change your hours on google or yelp so there’s no excuse for it . I kindly ask that corporate not leave me the same canned response that I see after every single negative review . All that does it make meMore upset because it proves a complete lack of actually caring for any particular persons issue. It makes it seem as though they aren’t even read . And I actually suspect that it’s true. If corporate ACTUALLY cares, then a phone call is appreciated, as my issue goes far deeper than the store being closed . I can’t post my number here because google automatically flags it and makes it hidden but I have a google business listing for AM design in wildomar, CA which has my contact information readily available. Thank you

Very bad customer service and there is only two people working and there is lots of people waiting and there are always taking unnecessary conversation with the people and taking their own sweet time instead of doing their job and trying to help the other customers waiting be prepared to wait for an hour just to get help if I can give it zero Stars I would

Same feed back as a lot of people Poot service one person in the lobby 6-7 clients waiting only needed to return a router at one point someone opened the back door and I seen 3 employees just standing there talking I guess was there a good 15-20 min and only 1 employee helping will never go back to that store

I would like to give a great recommendation to have technician Frank Di Giovanni a technician that came to check on our internet service. He is extremely thorough and good at his job. After fixing our internet issue, he let us know about using the Spectrum App and some of the benefits to using the app. I truly love great customer service. If you are lucky enough to get Frank, let him come in to assess what's happening and you will be all set. Thank you Frank I have everything hooked up now.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Including myself, there were only 3 people in the store. There were two associates on the floor. Only one person, male was taking care of customers. The other associate (older black woman) was staring into space! She’s always reading something on the computer instead of assisting customers! This is the second time I’ve experienced this at the Grape Street Lake Elsinore location! THE ASSOCIATES DON’T HAVE COMMON SENSE TO ASK OTHER ASSOCIATES FOR HELP!!All I wanted to do is return equipment! I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes now without service! They are calling 1 person at a time? Why?!?!?I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! ?
