No communication. Disappointed in this shop. Waited 4 weeks to get a quote. Was told the guy was on vacation and would get to me as soon as he got back. 3 weeks with no response. No one answers the phone. When I went to the shop it was closed so I called the Corona shop and they told me the 1 person who works in the Elsinore shop had been out for some time.

Was rear ended and this body shop was recommended by my insurance company. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Though it wasn't their fault (due to the supply chain issues), the parts took longer than anticipated but I was notified of the delay at least once a week. Both Tania and Dennis were great to work with and if (hopefully not) I am ever in an accident, this is the auto body shop I will contact. I will also be recommending them to family and friends, and strangers who need auto body work too.

New ownership here. Had a quote from the old ownership for a repair which I wanted to go through with. Apparently it wasn't worth enough of their time since I was gonna pay out of pocket and they wouldn't be able to scam My insurance. Literally a 5 min job for a few hundred bucks. Feel like any business would jump at that opportunity. Anyways. Girl on the phone Said they'd discuss it with management and give me a call back maybe next week or something. Lol Ridiculous. No thanks I 'll gladly go somewhere else.

Word of CAUTION: do NOT take your vehicle here. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. The only thing this company has going for them is their sweet receptionist. I'm appalled at the incompetent mechanics this company has hired. They returned my car finally after almost TWO months and the bumper and hood were not aligned, as well as the Tesla emblem that's sticking up on the hood incorrectly. Seriously pathetic workmanship and the fact they'd Return my vehicle this way, I wondered what else was not fixed correctly now. I returned my car to them to fix the bumper/hood alignment and when I picked it up there was a horrible rattling sound coming from the front which was never there before I dropped my car off to them. Needless to say after all this I didn't want them to touch my car again so I had Tesla tow it and look at it. Turns out the platinum collision mechanic left a magnet wand in the front fan and never bothered to retrieve it. Wow. This is why I'm leaving this review. Stay away from this place. DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT BE TESLA CERTIFIED.

I would put 10 stars if I could. Claudia was amazing at helping us with out situation . She always kept us updated and was very friendly, even offering us beverages. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and I will come again if I ever need too.

What an incredible experience. My brand new Mazda CX-5 Touring was parked infront of my home Chirstmas evening. A drunk driver veered onto the wrong side of the road, side swept my car, and fled the scene. The next morning I came out to pieces of my vehicle scattered down the street. Needless to say this is a situation I hope none of you find yourself in. But if you do... this is the place to come. I was really nervous about taking my car somewhere and getting it back not loooking as good as new. I have terrible luck and I love this ride! I did my research, and after reading all the positive reviews I decided to take a leap a faith and good golly I'm SO glad I did. I just picked my vehicle up yesterday and it truly looks as good as new. The paint is immaculate and so is all of the other work that needed to be done. From the very begining Claudia was an absolute dream. For example; reserving a rental car for me, walking me through exactly what was going to be done to my car, and even ubering me home so I could get to work on time(terrible enterprise encounter). I just remember hoping the whole time my car was in the shop that the work that was being done to my car would match the incredible service Claudia had provided through this entire process, and it did. I know this is a long winded review, but seriously look no further bring your vehicle here. You will not be dissapointed.

I can not say enough good things about Claudia Hernandez. She was top notch!! Very professional and friendly. She really went out of her way to help me through the process of getting my vehicle fixed. The work on my vehicle looks good so far...just picked up my vehicle and need hubby to do his inspection when he gets home. But overall, the experience was great!! I would highly recommend! rating!

Side swiped on the 15 fwy, damage to entire side of my Mercedes front to back. Her insurance recommended 5-6 places, I chose platinum and couldn't be happier with the results. Claudia was informative and kept in touch with weekly updates. Her insurance unfairly blamed me for 10% of the crash, the owner took care of 5% and I only came out of pocket for 5% of a $13,000 bill. Car was scheduled to be ready on the 29th and it was ready a week earlier on the 23rd. Highly recommend them, they did a great job!

Very professional and organized. They kept me informed weekly as to progress. They were always happy to answer my questions. They had to replace the right side passenger door and the frame. I am very happy with the result and the car is good as new.

Honest, efficient, and overall great company that exceeded all my expectations. Usaa could not have chose a better location to send me, As this was my first accident I have ever been involved in. Claudia made Everything hassle free, answered any questions I had, and called (or messaged me) with frequent status updates. So far the repairs done to the car are as they should be with no issues at all. There was no rush to finish, yet they were able to complete the repairs a few days early from the expected finish date. Even with having to change my drop off date a few times, I never felt obligated to bring my car in if it wasn't accommodating to the constant Changes in my life's schedule. Extremely happy with the overall Service of Platinum Collision in Lake Elsinore. Very professional !

From the first day of contact, the office team shined as bright as a sunrise on a clear day. As Claudia on the front line during this pandemic, she worked with confidence, professionalism and a level experience that's a missing art in other companies! My car was ready in a timely manner as she stated. Kudos to team for the service completed on my vehicle. Great job, I mean it looked brand new again!!! They went above and beyond the call of service and my heart is grateful that I choose Platinum. The company that lives up to their Name and Brand!

Big shout out to all of the Platinum Collision Center team, especially the estimator (Sandra). She kept me abreast of the on going repairs and gave me a call when my truck was done. After a drunk driver rear ended my 2007 Chevy Avalanche, I was worried that my old truck would not be the same after repairs. Boy was I ever wrong! My truck came back better than ever and came back in a timely matter. I definitely would recommend Platinum Collision Center Lake Elsinore,French Valley and Dos Lagos to all my friends. They work hand in hand with USAA for my military brothers/sisters.
