I went to Skechers on 8-30-24 to buy work boots! Worst experience the sales lady was not helpful at all. The service was a negative 3 at least pretend to like your job.

I ordered a pair of sketchers off the internet and wore them to work for 3 days. I am a restaurant manager and I work over 10 hours a day on my feet. Although these particular pair had great ratings they were killing my feet. So I went today to the sketchers store and KC the manager was so helpful, extremely professional and super knowledgeable about the kind of sketchers I should have picked. She helped me pick out the right shoes and then completely helped me with the return process and also my husband got a great pair as well. I will never order shoes online again. I will definitely go back and see KC. Thank you KC!! You are amazing
