“I've only visited the El Pollo Loco, which is good. How many fast good places have a mountain view?!As for the center itself, there seems to be a lack of activity despite the nice locale up on a hill and a huge parking lot.”

“It is an outlet shopping center that currently has little demand and few stores, more than half of the stores are empty, however there are still some good stores and restaurants so if you go to Lake Elsinore you can shop around and buy at a discount. At one end of the plaza there is a store with items for 1, 2, 3, 5 and 8 dollars depending on the day of the week.”
