The people there wouldn’t take my coupon even though the coupon states it’s eligible to any location that sells the product. She didn’t take the time to read it.

I stopped by because I had to check something for my job there. And the Owner or Manager offered us a free coffee. My two coworkers and me made Iced Coffee with a cool machine that I never seen before. That was a nice of him because we normally get rude people that question our job. In the past, I have come to pump gas and it has been quick service with the pumps having receipt paper to be printed on the machines.

By far the worst stop. The restrooms are never open no matter what time of day it is or day of the week. So, if you need to pee while gassing up, look elsewhere.

There's a milk crate on the ground when you turn around from the drink cooler full of alcohol beverages. I have notified the cashier multiple times multiple different cashiers that it's a trip Hazard and that I've almost fell on it twice. I have watched multiple other customers almost fall on it. I have listened to them also complain to the cashiers. You want to save a couple bucks to sell some mix and match beers when you're about to catch $100,000 lawsuit over a trip hazard...I'm happy to report after a year and a half of me talking with employees about this trip hazard, one week of having this post up and the beer milk crate has magically disappeared... Thanks Shell!

Just popped in to buy a lighter and some bottled water. The lady who helped me (I forgot her name) was as sweet & professional as can be. Caucasian red headed lady. She was hellllla funny. The customer service I received here today was wonderful. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

Got gas at pump 1 it didn't shut off when full . Gas came out all over me. Told clerk inside hopefully he shuts that one down till fixed. Been fixed since then good thing

This is the highest Shell station in this location!!!Also their machines are fast pay are disabled most of the time and you have to go inside

This review is for the customer service I received from Barbera yesterday. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. People like her make the difference. Thanks Barbara again for helping me and my son's out. We will definitely be back.

Workers DO NOT WEAR MASKS!!! And they let people without masks come in some of them are coughing up a storm. The 2 female workers are always talking and the line is long... and a lot of the time machines are broken to get gas.
