RV ready was terrific! They did everything they could to help us find exactly what we wanted, and the customer service was terrific all along the way, especially Giovani Who was a great listener and paid close attention to what we were saying and looking for so that we could find exactly the right fit for us!

I came in to RV Ready and spoke with Jack and Mike. They were both really helpful and made the process to purchase the RV trailer really easy. I will definitely be coming back again to do more business.

WOW! We are thoroughly impressed with RV Ready's service and sales staff. It's not everyday that you find customer service that actually follow up, greet you as a new customer, and service your needs in a timely manner and welcome you back.
We made an appointment to fix a recall item on our Forest River RV with RV Ready online. I had no prior contact with them but Christy reached out and emailed us with a few appointment dates. We scheduled the appointment and received several follow up reminders by text and email.
I was early for our appointment and called to see if the Service Dept could get me in, and they were more than accommodating. While waiting I was greeted by several of RV Ready's staff, including the legendary Tracy in sales. While waiting for our RV he showed me several new models and gave tours and answered questions that were specific to what we will be needing in the future.
Honestly, I don't write that many reviews, but at the time of this posting this company definitely have their stuff together. We couldn't be happier knowing that there are a few companies still around that appreciate their customers.

My very first RV and I couldn't have picked a better place to spend my money. Giovanni is the man. His knowledge and comfortable personality really made my experience a pleasant one. No pressure from anyone.
They treat you like family.
Giovanni even put balloons inside the RV, a Scented candle and blue bows on the outside when I did my final walk through.
Come on... who does that?? This is the place to go when purchasing an RV or even just getting service done.

There's a lot of reviews here about the great buying experience you get when you purchase from RV Ready. Ours was no different. No annoying pushy salesman, and they really took their time showing us different travel trailers and their features. They gave us a lot of options. Great buying experience.
But I want to talk about their warranty service. I've been super happy with our NOBO travel trailer but like any other brand new RV, there's been some warranty repairs required. Alexis has been a great advocate for us and our trailer in getting the repairs done as soon as possible. She's always friendly and makes you feel comfortable discussing warranty work. She's even identified some issues for us and has gotten them fixed. Alexis is always communicating on the status of the warranty work being done and is very flexible with having our trailer available in case we need it and bringing it back to finish the repairs.
I'm very happy and satisfied with Alexis's professionalism and friendly customer service. I highly recommend RV Ready and their staff.

We had an incredible experience learning about travel trailers and finding the perfect one for our family. Ken and Giovanny were absolutely incredible and honest. We didnt feel that we were pressured or upsold on different items or services etc. Dont waste time by going to other places. Come here first you will have a first class experience.

Our experience at RVReady was the best and one that any RV shopper could only hope for. Ken, the representative that helped us was awesome. He was courteous, friendly, and a great listener. He listened to us and didn't try to push anything on us. He went beyond in accommodating our wish list and then made the process of reserving an RV very easy. We shopped around and their prices weren't able to be beat. Totally recommend them.

It’s pretty clear that RV Ready is customer focused. When I was scouring the internet for that elusive perfect Travel Trailer for the family, I found this place that was a couple hours away. They didn’t have the exact one but Jack went above and beyond to find a comparable one that ended up being even better. He even filmed a video walk through so I could send it to my wife.
We picked up our trailer last weekend and have run into little things that the service department have been quick to address and ship out. So far the post sale customer service has been pretty great and I am pretty confident that they will continue the excellent service for the years to come.

Everyone we worked with were very amicable and professional. Our salesman, Jack, listened to what we wanted before showing us anything. He was very personable and professional as well. We went to several RV stores in the area and Jack was by far the best salesman we ran across. Brian was the person that explained to us all about how to use the trailer correctly. He went above and beyond what was needed and was always there to give you his thoughts to our questions. Glenn, the sales manager was very personable as well. We dealt with two different Christies. They two explained everything we needed to know in regards to their part of the procedure of buying the trailer. I highly recommend RV ready to anyone looking for an RV.

Initial visit was great, then nothing but downhill from there. The new trailer I got had more issues that the one I traded in. I should have trusted my gut and walked out the moment we started talking numbers. They lowballed me on my trailer that was trading in. It was 2 years old and virtually in new condition. Before we pulled off the lot with our new trailer, I informed them that there was an issue with the rear camera. I was told by multiple people at RV Ready that it was because there were so many buildings nearby. I told them that it wasn't a thing considering I work with RF (radio frequencies) for a living. Once I got on the fwy I told them that the camera issue was getting worse. I was then informed I could make an appointment and bring it back for service. I live over 100 miles away. Not a great option. Only credit I will give them is after close to a dozen phone calls complaining they mailed me a new camera. I was lied to about the ceramic coating that I purchased by the finance lady with a horrible attitude. She is a whole second story. I almost waked out meeting with her. I was told that I wouldn't need to worry about covering my trailer because it would protect my roof. Wrong. When ceramic contractor came out they wouldn't spray the roof that it wasn't covered in my purchase and in fact that isn't even an option for them to do. First time opening the awning the awning was partially broken and wont completely retract. Exterior electrical outlet went dead on second night of the first trip. Now interior outlets are dying. I forgot to add in that our main door doesn't open or shut properly. I was told it would berak in. LAMO ya right. Over a year in and still dealing with issues from our dang door. Again this was a brand new trailer!!! BUYER BEWARE. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT A RV THAT WORKS AND WILL BE TREATED WITH HONESTY WHEN YOU REPORT ISSUES.
