Went to Orange County reptile expo. They sold me a wild caught lizard without disclosing it to me, and it died two days later. I work at a veterinary office with an exotics Dr. we did a necropsy. Needless to say, don’t trust these people.

Support small business like this. Knowledgeable, hard working and there when I need them. Lots of different types of reptile species to choose from and supplies as well. Recommend.

Poor service and filthy environment. The lady working there is miserable and rude. She will insult your integrity and question whether or not you are trying to still from the store. Horrible conditions for the pets as well. Better options to choose from nearby.

I bought a UVB light for our leopard Gecko about 2 months ago and it stopped working a week ago. I called the store to see if I could exchange it or return it and I was told by the owner and the other lady they don't do that. No exchange no discount on another one because that would affect their bottom line. No sorry that happened or anything. They could not have cared less. Told me contact the manufacturer. In the past 2 months I have spent about $200 there and that's what I got. So much for supporting a small business. Petsmart would have exchanged it for a new one. Won't shop there again

Hello whoever might read this, I’ve been going to this reptile shop for four years, I got a corn snake from this shop. The owner is incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and honestly is resilient. So many reptiles get bad raps, and she wants to give these snakes, lizards, etc to homes. The shop, has been the same all four years with many changes but I love going here. Prices are always reasonable, and I love going to feed my reptiles with her already organized bags of mice, and rats. I get live mice sometimes for my snake, and she takes care of these mice, if you aren’t a reptile keeper, you might be wondering if this is better than PetSmart, or Petco. The shop is better than all of them. Go here, talk with the owner about what you are looking for, she might not be able to answer all your questions because she is a busy woman but nonetheless, the owner could help you, she knows the inside of her shop like the back of her hand. I’m actually going today to get bedding, and mice so see you soon! Thank you for being open.

Had to take a road trip shortly after getting a baby beardie… so grateful to be able to have had him taken care of here, reptile day care service is amazing! Also the cheapest crickets around for miles!

Are there returns ? I brought a gecko and have had her a week or two and she hasnt pooped or eaten i dont want to keep holding on to her can i return or change the animal out

You would think with all these open , available tanks they would want the animals THEY are profiting from to at least be comfortable.. no . The owner says yeah whatever when someone buys them they'll be moved to a bigger cage . Absolutely disgusted & disappointed that the only pet store in the area cant even care for these poor animals . The people are always rude inside & can care less . Do not support this business .
