Jenny did a great job with my gels.
Very kind and efficient.
I asked to be out in a hour and they managed that.
Very clean with minimal chemical odors.
Requested style: Got a different flower for my toes.
Had my nails match my iridescent cup, using chrome.
Cleanliness: Very clean and used a liner for the tub.

This was $60 and the length is not worth of $60 do not recommend this place prices always change and over charge. Go get your money worth somewhere else and they expect tips on top of overcharging lol. Give this place a 0⭐️ put I won’t let me post so 1 ??

I went in here as I usually do and I choose this place because it's closest to my house but NEVER again! I asked for Dip nails and I was asked to wait on a table only to wait over 15 minutes for the lady to tell me they don't do DIP but can do something similar, whatever this was. I asked for round nails nothing fancy no designs nothing. And literally every nail was shaped differently . Also when filing she was EXTREMELY rough! I yanked my hand several times to the point that I just wanted her to be done and just leave. There was no point to even ask for better shaping because they just want you to leave and move on to someone else. So frustrating to spend your hard earned money to get something done that I could have probably done better at home. Also there are employees just hanging out doing their own pedicures and this is straight up unprofessional ! Like they can't do this when there are no customers or at the end of their day?!? My thumbs were the worst and it's embarrassing to say I even went somewhere to get this done!

Truly the worst manicure I've ever had. As you can see in the picture every shape is different. Sabrina is supposed to be their best nail tech but seems like she half assed my nails. Truly disappointing and frustrating for me since I have no time to do my nails. Never coming here again. Save your time and money and go somewhere that takes every single customer serious.

The staff member who assisted me can’t cut Ingrown nails and hurt me a lot. The nail technician who did my pedi was very tough on me kept trying to cut my ingrown since I requested this but just cut it partially kept saying it was skin and cut me badly.Never Never Never going back to this place My mother and I got European pedicures plus gel for a total of $60 each plus tip just to get hurt and walk uncomfortably now until it heals.

Horrible job! I went in and the women just casually pulled the acrylic nail of my nails since i had previously had them done at another place, usually the correct way would be soaking them in acetone but no she just ripped them out. So unprofessional and she didn’t even do my nails the correct color as the one i showed her although she said she was able to. Overall bad experience and will not be going back!

Dont come here everyone is rude except Heidi , beside them being rude they don't care about giving you a good service they will rush through your set leave you half way your set and go to the back and come back 5 mins later to resume on your work like how is that professional?, and if they hurt you or make you bleed they don't even apologize and proceed to work on you , they just don't give a fuck. They over price for the most shitty nails . Professional nails? They can shove that name up their asses and change it to most fucked up nails .

Nancy gave me a gel manicure and she was so gentle and attentive! I saw her making sure that my nails were all even with each other and that there were no snags or bumps in the nail that would bother me later. She was very gentle with her work and didn’t rush through the manicure. She was even willing to make my index nail shorter, since I have problems with my index finger and the nail tends to break. Highly recommend this place!

Nothing about this place is professional. They lied straight to my daughters face when I was on the phone with her and said how much will my set be they said $70 with the 2 designs she wanted. Then last minute when she was "done" they said 65 for a simple set she got which was French tip nails and they were short. They came out shitty. I called the salon and they proceeded to gas light me by saying they charged her $55 when my daughter said it was $65 she paid and they said we gave her $5 off. No. They said $70 with designs. She paid $65 got no designs and shitty bumpy nails. They also told me "I think you're having a bad day" completely unprofessional and refused to give me any money back. I do NOT RECOMMEND coming to this place if it was the last nail salon on earth.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. This place should shut down!!! My feet still look horrible. I paid for #4 and my feet look more dry and crusty. The service sucked and the workers are HORRIBLE & RUDE. I ended up paying $60 when it was suppose to be $45. So save your money and go els where.

I have been coming to this place since I've lived in Lake Elsinore. The owners are friendly, and they recognize me. I usually have Angel do my nails. My sister in law, two nieces, and sister also come to this spot. I like that they renovated the inside and got new equipment.
