Mark and his team are excellent. They were able to diagnose my problem and fix it. Protect is now my place to go every 4,000 miles for a grease and oil change and Mark will inspect my car each time to keep ahead of problems

I forgot to leave a review 3 weeks ago, but I just want to say this place is just like a daycare for your car. They took care of my baby and fixed her right up. Got new spark plugs and changed headlight bulbs.

Really happy to with the service provided here. The mechanics are trustworthy and professional. They were able to fix my brake booster and diagnose some balance issues of my car at a super reasonable price. Compared to the surrounding area Temecula and Murrieta these guys provide quality service at an affordable price.

PT replaced the thermostat in my 2019 Audi A7. Diagnosed problem immediately, started on car right away, installed an official Audi part, and had it done within 2 days. I was very happy with their work, price, and friendliness. Recommended service 100%.

Mark and his son Mike both worked on my truck. They explained everything to me clearly while showing me parts that needed to be replaced. They worked with me patiently while I made decisions on my repairs. They gave me suggestions and let me make up my mind on the work needed. The job required a lot of time because of the delivery of parts. They ordered the best parts available for my needs and made sure my warranty would still be honored by Pro tech. I'm very satisfied with their performance and patience with my decisions and I highly recommend these guys to anybody. Rebuilt my engine and my car hasn't worked the same since. Spent 7000$ with a warranty and nothing has been warranted. I would never recommend this company. Mark made promises and didn't keep them. Stay away from this company. I never write reviews but I don't want anyone going through what I have.

I noticed an oil leak on my Durango, after looking around, calling several places I decided to take my vehicle here. Aside from their fast turnaround time, their team was communicative and on point during the whole process. I did have a few questions when they found another issue, while working on my car. I was skeptical about it and decided to drive down there to talk to the owner. He showed me what was wrong in detail. This place doesn't play any games! I highly recommend anyone looking for honest and hard working mechanics for repairs.

I took the 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan in with a severe leak in which another company said it was a transmission leak, after Mark and his crew checked the vehicle out, I was told it was the Oil filter housing leaking, had the oil filter housing replaced and transmission hoses that needs to be replaced due to wear, would like to thank Pro Tech for their professional work and demeanor to repair my vehicle.
