By far the worse customer service!!! I needed to rent a tool and there was one cashier n 5 of us in line and never once did he acknowledge he would be right with us. So many employees pass that area n never once did any of them acknowledge us. Finally Christian shows up and he was irritated the bell was going off but the bell shouldn't of been his concern it should of been helping us. He was rude and annoyed. Returned the equipment today n Maria was not polite and just as rude. I know Home Depot covers customer service at orientation and maybe they should view the video again. I definitely won't rent from them again.

Great Home Depot, pleasant staff and knowledgeable. Dave and Tina-Marie in the paint area were so helpful on our projects. Never going to Sherwin Williams ever again.

I have a complaint about Home Depot They went really down on their service. I bought a refrigerator which cost me $2600 a Samsung they delivered it yesterday, February 15/23. so their delivery Man took my old refrigerator and then brought me my new one. It has three doors. The bottom one is a freezer door. They yanked the freezer door out and left it outside because they said it was too heavy. I don't know why they did that. now the icemaker doesn't work and the freezer drawer is off track. It makes a horrible noise when I open it. thank God I got it on my security cameras to prove it to Home Depot. The Home Depot sales people told me I had 48 hours if the refrigerator was damaged in anyway I could exchange it. Well seven hours later, I went down with my husband. I had to wait for him to get out of work so we can go to Home Depot and tell them what the delivery man did. So then the so-called manager name Alex came to tell me that he was not going to take the refrigerator back that they were just going to Send somebody to service it. so I told him oh no you're not that's not what I was told by your sales people than he insulted me and said what sales people told me that. Think twice before you buy a big appliance from Home Depot because they lie.

Worse place ever to go Megan, manager, Tiffany manager also cashier Terri awful rude to me and my mother had a purchase with less than a hour buying and bringing it back was a night mare these women are nasty rude disrespectful Mr Lawson needs to get a better team in his stores I will be going else where to get products I've been coming here for over 10 years as well as my mom will never come back again as a home owner I would like to be treated with respect when I buy anything from a business but this place is awful I'll tell all my family and friends not lake Elsinore home Depot if you want bad customer service and to be treated poorly

This review is solely based on the rental place as that is where my visit consisted of. I went in to rent a tilling machine for my backyard. I called ahead of time just to make sure that there were some machines available before driving out there. I believe the employee's name was Dave and he was very helpful. He told me they had various sizes and they were available for rent. I showed up and had another gentlemen help me. He answered all the questions I had and then proceeded to show me how the machine worked and made sure it was all in order before renting it out. The only issue I had was that when I returned the machine, they only had one employee working in the rental department. This was not good as there were quite a few people in line and it takes time to go through the rental process, inspect the equipment/vehicles, etc. There should be more than one person working that counter in my opinion. I was there for about 45 minutes and nobody else came back to help the guy. Aside from this issue, everything else was a positive experience.

Rude inconsiderate and unprofessional, after spending $1700 you think Home Depot could find a way to communicate in a courteous professional manner but then again it is the Lake Elsinore location says it all. Low expectations ghetto service.

repeatedly unable to purchase lumber and sheet goods online for delivery - it shows delivery option but once in cart items are flagged as only available for in store purchase - completely defeats the point of being able to place an order and have it delivered?!?

They never answer their phones! Poor customer care! Flooring department called several times within the last few days to see when their available flooring appointment is and nobody answers! Frustrating to say the least on top of that the measurement guy that came out didn't do his job so it's completely unorganized smh I finally got ahold of someone here at this location and Chad the apparent manager of this location is disrespectful. When I was talking he didn't want too listen too me but wanted to say what he had to say when talking about installation for the flooring. This entire had been nothing but stressful. Use another company then these rude ass individuals that don't give a damn!

I've never felt harassed at a home improvement store, But the sales associate that was huffing and puffing over my shoulder today as I was scavenging to find the right parts stirred me the wrong way when she attacked My tactic of figuring out my thoughts as opposed to offering assistance. What kind of hiring process and training is going on here, manager William Lawson? First time using home depot for carpet installation. Misty helped me out and she was very friendly and had told me that the carpet I chose was a 7 day installation. I paid $50 for someone to come measure the room, which took 5mins. I had got estimate for 2 types of carpet. After measurements were taken I got an email for the more expensive carpet, then a few days later a call from it said "home depot" when I answered I said I'd like to chose the other carpet that was cheaper, but the woman didn't know what I was talking about and I told her "can I please talk to Misty she said she'd add it to my file." The woman said she is from a call center. So I ended up calling the lake Elsinore home depot to let Misty that I'd like to purchase the cheaper option on April 12th. She set everything up and later I got a call from JW flooring saying they will be coming out May 18th. I was confused because I thought I had bought the 7 day installation one. I tried calling home depot to talk to someone about it, but every time I called no one had answers for me and Misty was never available. I also asked to talk to the manager, which they never picked up. On the day of installation they arrived late even in a 2 hr window. I had told them I'd like to keep any extra carpet which in the end he had said there was no extra. In the future I will not be using home depot for any type of installations. Poor customer service and communication.
