Happy Thanksgiving! I'm grateful for my health my heart my God, family, son, you, my home, my car my Grandpa my father my brothers my sister, my aunt so many loved ones and friends. I'm so grateful for those that have made an impact on my life. I'm grateful for home depot and my job there and the people I've met there and the difference it has made in my life! Will, Carlos, and fork lift operator Tim were all very helpful last night at Home Depot Lake Elsinore. All of you Gentleman helped get a pallet down for my wife with certain holiday decorations on it. We appreciated the help and you are all very kind and helpful. Thank you.

I would like to commend Anna in paint for her outstanding assistance to my father, who is a Spanish speaker and often feels hesitant to speak up. Ana went above and beyond to make my father feel comfortable and understood. She patiently communicated with him in Spanish, ensuring that all his concerns were addressed. This level of empathy and dedication truly made a difference, and we are incredibly grateful for her help. Thank you, Ana for your exceptional service and kindness to my father. hi , I would like to give customer service excellent service there is a man I believe his name was David gentleman very nice very helpful. It was hot. I was walking out with things in my hand that were heavy. He had a shopping cart with me proceeded to help me put them in the shopping cart and then escorted me to my car to help me load it into my vehicle, I was very thankful for him to help me . I am an older lady and I am just thankful that we still have customer service and gentlemen in this world. Because of him I will be shopping at Home Depot before others competitors

Always a good time and this location. I can go in here no plans just vibes and associates are combing the store ready to help. I love the events they have teaching different skills or product use. We even went to one for kids and my son got to make a bird feeder. Prices are good, I don't find things too expensive. I love that customer service doesn't give you a hard time and can look up returns or exchanges by the payment type. They offer military discount. I just wish we had the ability to tap for payment. Currently that's not an option. I went recently getting my starter garden done and I was in plant heaven. Just rows and rows of things to choose from.

Service sucks at home depot and rude as hell too 1 register open for a whole store is stupid with cashier just standing around lake Elsinore store has ro be the worst home depot I ever gone too I will never stop at that store again

I initiated a return refund on 4/12. On 4/19 my debit card bank says Home Depot have not sent actual funds for my refund. I contacted home depot customer service, I get 2 different answers. The first had no idea wth they're looking at, the other rep confirmed the store failed to release the funds. This is the second time home depot failed to issue my refund in a timely manner. It's obvious no efforts have been done to improve this process. It's ridiculous!

Service was so GREAT! Hello how are you ..how can I assist you...very personable staff and sales associates..no lines (well it is Easter) we bought fresh gorgeous flowers for table center pieces at 50% off (can't beat that with a stick) some you h up paint they matched perfectly to existing paint...heaters everywhere to make your shopping experience comfortable..lots of selection ..and we did get a great value with a military discount too

The guy (I think Dave) in the paint department was one of the most kindest individuals I came across at Home Depot! Super helpful & definitely does the best he can with everyone he works with. He was very confident in his ability to find the perfect match for a color we had to get tinted, I was fine with something not being perfect, as long as it was close but he exceeded my expectations & made it a perfect match! I will definitely be returning to the lake Elsinore Home depot ! Great service, knowledgeable & kind employees!

Dave in the paint department provided the BEST customer service. In this time where I've noticed it difficult to find an employee that is enthusiastic about their job and there is such a lack of help at many stores that cater to customers, Dave was a breath of fresh air. Instead of pointing me in the right direction to find the wood stains, he asked me about my project and discussed my options on what colors and types of stains to use. He took his time to explain the different types of wood there are and how they all take to stain differently. He was an expert on the topic and I felt confident that he could help. I've been trying for months to find a stain that would match our cabinets. He looked at my sample and was able to match it instantly. He was spot on when several others could not help. Thank you so much Dave for going above and beyond to help. We are thrilled with the outcome. I wish there were more people like Dave (friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and enthusiastic).

I went there last night to pick up two, indoor switches with built in timers. I was on the wrong aisle and Jose lead me right to what I was looking for. Such an honorable and humble man. Home Depot's a better place with him. Great customer service.

Helpful staff. Received immediate greeting and service when I entered their nursery area. In the area to find a floral gift for a friend and looked through their pots and gardenia selections.
