Wonderful customer service. Quick and friendly. Never have any problems and even if there is a long line they move through it quickly. I highly recommend this location. Couldn't ask for better interactions!

This is not a bad place by any means, they offer a ton of services. I rated them as ok because if it didn't all fall on the back of one sole employee then they could be spectacular.Imagine, you walk into a place like this-you can pick up a package, ship a package, do a livescan (with an older one, which takes time and repeat attempts to get a proper scan of just one finger), get something notarized, etc.Maybe what you want to do is quick and simple, maybe not. But there is just one employee, who does it all.That was my experience here. Her name is Katt, short for Katherine and she handled all that was going on with so much professionalism, poise and grace. Not sure I could deal with the frustrations of everyone waiting but she was on another level and you really couldn't be upset with her as she is only one person.

Always good service and it's so much easier than the post office. I have never had a bad experience here. I recommend not going at lunch time but typically the wait is not long.

Dont go there for Notary Services !!!! They wouldnt notarize the form to request birth cert because I had no ID with ny maiden name. No matter that the form I was getting notarized did not require it. ..... and many women get married so it should be no big deal. But you guys do not know that. Went to TLC Documents i Sun City and had no problem at all

I recently purchased a couple of gifts here and I had to return something as I realized my sister in law had purchased the same item for the recipient of this gifts. I called to ask about their return policy and was told that all sales are final. And the excuse I was given was "ever since Covid we don't return items. Such a lame reason ! And if this is your policy maybe you should mention that before a customer completes their purchase !! This is such BS as I give this place a lot of business. I will no longer be shopping here no matter how nice the sports gifts are. And I will be sure to spread the word. Horrible customer service especially around the holidays!
