PostalAnnex+ provides wonderful, quick, and friendly customer service. The staff are always helpful, patient, and personable, taking time to answer questions and assist with services. Customers report never having a bad experience and highly recommend this location. It is easier than the post office and acts as a convenient one-stop shop for multiple services like FedEx mailing and quick notary. Even with a potential wait, the line moves quickly. The overall interactions are consistently good, making for a nice and easy experience.

Always good service and it's so much easier than the post office. I have never had a bad experience here. I recommend not going at lunch time but typically the wait is not long.
