Service is a dying art. But I’ve always had a great experience here. They go the extra mile. I am always sure to notice it when I am there and contrast it with the USPS… then I USE the TIP$ box to thank them. ;-)

They charge for a receipt! Who does that!?! She said I could take a picture of my tracking number...but that's not proof I gave the package to them

Absolute rip off!!! Tried to charge me $1.25 for a five cent piece of paper that I could have printed for free ahead of time. Horrible rude customer service!! Do not go here and get ripped off!!

Place is a total scam. Overcharge on everything. They don't tell you the cheapest prices unless you ask to see the screen yourself. Plus they charge .50 to drop off a prepaid package. Pocketers.
