This place is great I've been coming here for years and knowing the same dedicated workers for all my pet needs from fish to reptiles and of course my dog and cats. I have my dog training classes in store personal training and it is going great. I highly recommend visiting and asking questions, the staff is very knowledgeable.

Cashier thought she knew everything about dog breeds, she was wrong. I know that a Decker Rat Terrier exists. I searched, investigated and learned about the breed before I retired and then purchased one and couldn't be happier.

Brought my large German Shepherd (with an overabundance of undercoat) in to be groomed yesterday and Ann Marie did an absolutely incredible job! The appointment and check in process was efficient and everyone at the store was so friendly and helpful. When I picked up my dog she was so happy like she had just been at the spa and looked ready for the show ring. I could tell the groomer genuinely loves dogs and definitely knows her craft. Ann Marie is a very talented and patient groomer and I could not be happier with the results.

the team members at this petco have all been great, but Kim in the grooming dept is exceptional . she is a dog person’s dog person . you can tell she cares for every fur baby she works with, and i appreciate the care and attention she gives my little guy, Beaux . i always prebook to ensure he has a spot of time w her . also, PETCO GET IT TOGETHER . why are u charging a “cleaning supplies fee” ? it should be included in the price of the service and not as an add-on . i can assure u that service providers are seeing lower tips as a result of this fee . just include it in the service fee, especially since it implies to me, as a customer, that i am being charged by the service provider for cleaning fees that PETCO should be supplying .

I’m trying to find the appropriate word to call the manager , short with pink short hair . Refusing to sell me a fish because I wouldn’t buy their $160 tank this chick was on a power trip like no other . Never go here unless you wanna deal with crazy ladies on meth refusing you service

Customer service is great! Rebecca was very kind and helped me find a dog food and then Jackie who rang me up was super sweet and helped me save alot of money on the bag of dog food I was purchasing. She showed me how to access my rewards and use the app. for future purchases. Thank you guys!

There was a shortfall of flavors of Taste of the Wild wet dog food. Other stores I go to had a wide variety of flavors and each flavors are the same price. Most of the time they are out of stock
