Sharon picked my dog at 11:30am. Normally groomer can take up 4-6 hours. I get it that, it happens! Around 4:30, I messed her for an update and she said she was going to drop her off in about a hour. After a hour I gave her some more time and I asked for an update. She then said she dropping her off in 25 min because she had an accident and had to bath her again. After 30min she stop texting me back and not answering my calls. After 8pm I called the police because I still had not heard from her After 9hours she finally returned my dog with patchy work and no nail trim. Definitely DON’T recommend her at all! Honestly I think I’m done with groomers!

I’ve read the bad reviews and the good far outweigh the bad. Everyone has bad days and things happen. We have 2 Standard Poodles and have had them groomed by several groomers. No one has ever come close to what Sharon has done with our dogs. When we pick them up they are seriously ready for the highest level of show dog competition. Sure, we’ve picked them up a little late once in a while but the time and effort she puts into our dogs can’t be found anywhere else. She is also a very generous woman who gave us a professional grooming blow dryer to help us keep up with what is needed for Standard Poodle show dogs. This was pure generosity on her part and she wouldn’t accept a penny for it. It was nearly brand new and probably close to $200 dollars. So any of you haters out there that think otherwise keep on thinking it but I know in my heart what a kind and caring person Sharon is. I highly recommend her. I’d drive hundreds of miles just to have her groom them. Just give her a chance. I’m certain she’ll do a great job on any dog and if you are truly unhappy with the results, get a hold and I’ll pay for your dogs grooming myself.

I absolutely loved her services! She does her best to accommodate for you, I would suggest to be patient, leave your day open the day you request for her because she will run late, HOWEVER, I can tell it is because she puts a lot of heart to all her clients and that takes time, once she does get to you, you will see how experienced she is with animals and how well she can recognize your pets cues. I could not be anymore grateful coming accross her business and helping me give my baby the best experience in her essential needs while also hyping her up and making her feel like a beauty queen.

This groomer is No longer there. The building has a new groomer and owner and is now called pup's "N" Bubbles Pet groomer. I got my dog done there and I highly recommend them. Jen is a great groomer!

Sharon did an amazing job w/ my dog Lady! Lady is over 100lbs & sheds so much all the time, but when I got her back from Sharon, there was no fur coming off of her! Not only did she look & feel great, but also smelled so good! I will DEFINITELY be bringing Lady back to her. Keep in mind Sharon is a very busy woman & will most likely have your dog for a while but it is worth it (she was kind enough to feed Lady) the price she charges is also great!

Sharon fit us in last min and took our dog literally 40 min after I called. She took the time to talk to us and get familiar with my baby before taking him back. I was super comfortable with her and as an over protective dog mom I appreciated her putting my mind at ease and keeping in touch thru the service. He is so fluffy! He also smells really good which is a 1st for me because he usually just doesn't smell like a dog after he gets groomed idk what she did but he smells so good!

Do not take your pet to get groomed here. Sharon is unlicensed and continues to operate this business illegally. We found this out after contacting the city of Lake Elsinore Code Enforcement after she exhibited very shady behavior, lied, and ghosted us. She has her shop locked with the CLOSED sign displayed, but she is really in there secretly grooming pets. The reason we took our cat there initially after seeing signs of shadiness is because our cat is very difficult to groom and she was referred to us by the last groomer we took our cat to as someone who can handle difficult pets. She also will only take cash and you won't find this out until you've already hand off your pet. No way of getting your money back when there's an issue. She will go back and forth with you thru text, telling you to drop off and pickup your pet in other locations, having her husband open the door very slightly to take the animal, etc just all around shady. It was clear she was hiding something. I posted pictures of our cat whom she claimed was fully groomed except for a couple of knots that "you could easily pull out". This is the worst pet groom I have ever seen. She accepted our cash and tip before handing us off our cat, we were way too trusting. The next day we called to try to resolve the issue and her phone was disconnected. It seems like her phone has been reinstated but she has chosen to ignore my very polite texts letting her know my concerns. We reported her to the BBB, the city of Lake Elsinore and other outlets for operating illegaly. Thank God we got our pet back and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Warning!! If you are thinking about bringing your pets here, I highly suggest you don’t. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a groomer. We scheduled an appointment for our doggies for 9am, we arrived at 8:45am dropped them off and we’re told they would be ready in 3 hours. We arrived at 12:30pm…she hadn’t even started on them and tells us it would be another 2 hours. At about 2:30pm we receive a phone call telling us that they aren’t ready yet but would be ready for pickup at 4pm. We showed up at 4:40pm and guess what….dogs aren’t ready! She tells us it’s going to be another 30 minutes and her excuse was that she had 15 dogs to groom today! Excuse me but that is exactly why we scheduled a early morning appointment! So it’s now 5:25pm and we are just leaving with our doggies. This place is a freaking joke, so unprofessional!

Sharon is great! She handles my nervous dogs so well, they just love her now! We've been going to her for over 2 years now. She has great prices and is able to squeeze us in when we have an emergency. Thank you so much Sharon, we really appreciate you!

Sharon is really fantastic at what she does. She's experienced with nervous dogs, which mine are very nervous. She handled them with love and care. She has great prices, and my dogs absolutely love her now! We will be life long clients! Thank you Sharon!!

We took our 2 dogs to Sharon because they had gotten filthy from playing in the mud. She handled them very well. We have 2 pit bulls, and our older one is very skiddish when meeting new people, but she was just fabulous! Our boys just love her now! We can’t wait for the newest member of the family to meet her!! My normal salon was short staffed and referred me to this business. Which by the way is jus a block past the 15 and Railroad canyon. My Schnauzer had not been groomed in abt 3 or 4 months and was very grown out with a little matting. Schnauzer cuts have changed over the years but I still like that original cut. As I was explaining a little what I wanted Sharon right away knew what I wanted (many nod and say yeah yeah but still end up shaving the beard). Not only did she know what I wanted but in talking I found that she had spent time grooming pets for shows. Which I already know is 10x more demanding. I came a little before my dog was ready so I took a seat while I waited. I could hear her talking to the pet she was working on and then mine. She was very kind to the animals and was talking to them like they were small children and explaining just a little to them what she was going to do. I also saw someone taking the ungroomed dogs out for a little air and a pee or potty My dog is my baby. I could not have trusted her to more capable hands and she came out looking more amazing than I had even expected Kudos to Sharon and her female owned business. A huge thumbs up and a gratitude for her love of animals

We took our dog for his first grooming and Sharon was awesome with him, eventhough he wasn't having it, but Sharon was great with him. Definitely will be back here for his future grooming needs. Sharon also took the time explaining to us what we need to help maintain his coat. She even gave him his 1st Halloween costume! Thank you Sharon! Your great at what you do!

I love Sharon's work, I took in my schnauzer-poo got a same day appointment She did a wonderful job. Sharon is very nice, kind and had a lot patience for my very active doggy. It was my first time and I will definitely be coming back.
