Took my dog Bandit (Maltese/Shitzu) mix 14 years old can’t hear well or see a little aggressive.. and they handle him well … the owner has such a great attitude.. I recommend them ? percent… love you guys.. keep up the good work very affordable as well.

Zero stars if I could. DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE!! Posting for fellow dog families : My dog was abused and held under disgusting conditions when being boarded here. The old management was professional and took great care of the dogs but recently when my dog was boarded here for five days, he came back distressed with poop encrusted in his paws and stuck to his fur. The conditions he was left in made it obvious that they stuck him in a cage and never took him out.. not even to potty so he was forced to sleep, eat, and use the bathroom in the same cage. When I confronted the owner she said he was fine and put the blame on me for picking him up a few hours early, claiming if she had more time to see it she would have cleaned it. However it was so dry; you could tell it had to have been there for several days and I expect my dog to be fairly taken care of even if he was picked up a few hours early. Poor management unable to take accountability for mistreating my dog.

I've been to several groomers in OC, Corona, and Elsinore. This is, hands-down, the best groomer that has taken care of my long-haired German Shepherd. They de-shedded him SO WELL, and he smelled good for WEEKS. They did an excellent and thorough job. They also have lots of availability both times I've gone!
Definitely recommend.

The owner / manager is super cool and she always remembers my dogs and the grooms that my dogs love. She does a great job very experienced !! She also gave my dog a great groom on his stomach before he had surgery and the groom is such a relief to my dog in this heat, my dog loves going for his SPAW day. and it’s so easy to book with them. Other staff is also super friendly. Tip them well they deserve it!

I took 4 of my dogs into then 2 Yorkers and two doxies they did a wonderful job on all 4 of them I have been using this company for years and will always be a customer they are great

We brought our puppy in for a summer trim and bath and specifically asked for her ears not to be touched. When we picked her up 4.5 hours later, her body was barely trimmed at all and her ears were trimmed against our request. They did not handle her very gently and were not kind in person or over the phone. When we brought her home, she drank a ton of water which signals she had no water given throughout the time she was there. They did not know who she was when we called or picked her up. We will not be coming back here.

Called around 11 and they were able to squeeze my baby in within an hour. Excellent customer service from the lady at the counter (not sure if she's also a groomer but she was great.) Didn't take too long, my doggy was perfect, and her nails were trimmed and she didn't seem as freaked out as she usually does at other groomers which means they treated her with care. They did exactly what I asked and I will be going back again. Great job!

Both of my dogs look really good! My mom brought in her small poodle and I brought in my German shepherd. They did a super job on the poodle! Took the poodle to a groomer previously and they didn’t take the time to shave him properly because he was being difficult but this place took the time and did exactly what we wanted.
The staff were relatively sweet. It’s a small simple place that only accepts checks or cash so please be prepared! I didn’t see the sign they had up front when dropping my dogs off.
Only complaint I do have is the timeframe. Called the day previously asking if we could also bring in our shepherd but they were booked so we asked if there was another day. They told us to bring both dogs in the next day at 9 am when they opened. So we dropped both off and they said it would take a couple hours. We didn’t hear back from them so we called at 1 and again around 3. The second time we called is when we were told they’d be ready at 4:30. We didn’t expect our dogs to be there for 7 hours. They did mention they were short staffed but our dogs should’ve been done first if we were asked to come in so early.
I will be taking my dogs here again in the future but the next time I do I will be making sure they get done ASAP when I bring them in. Only reason we didn’t tip this time because of how long they waited to do our dogs.
Other than that I do recommend this place. Just be patient because everything is manually put in!

Left my groomers of 5 years and I wish I would have made the change sooner. I’m am trilled about their service, the grooming, the environment, well just about everything. This groomer is exceptional and highly recommended. Took three dogs in and out in a timely manner. I wish I could have tipped them more. Next time
