After lake elsinore CDJ screwed up my gladiator during minor software update and fried the pcm then denied any responsibility and then refused to help to get it running again. MPR stepped in and got me back on the road. Thanks Lonnie!

This "professional" shop is just making it by on scamming real car people into believing they do after market work but they're scraping by. The owner is a lose screw who does not make the people who spend thousands of dollars coming to them comfortable. He does work to cars that I'm not sure he's capable of really doing because there are plenty of cars and incidents that he has ended up breaking them Vs upgrading them, and then leaves them to figure out themselves. I first had the fuel pump and a tune done on my Trackhawk by Lonnie and within a month my blower went out. Which I later found out was because he over-spun it by not replacing the pulley at the same time. I came out of pocket for the expense still. Then two months after that, a piston blew and my engine is messed up. Lonnie KNOWING it was his bad work stated he could help by having the car taken to Jeep to be fixed by their mechanics. However I didn't realize that I was just being putt into their fraud scheme they have with the Lakeside CDJR manager Mike , who is falsifying orders to turn his SRT into a Trackhawk. my car sat at the dealership for 3 months and was NEVER TOUCHED. However, the manager Mike's SRT was almost finished being converted by the time I gave up and by picked up my car. Lonnie is more of a con artist getting by on people with expensive cars than a true mechanic!

These guys are legit. I was skeptical at first because this is the first dodge I've ever owned and it's a hellcat so wanted to take it to someone who's very knowledgeable and who would give me an honest appraisal for the work I wanted done. Lonnie and his guys were all awesome, car was ready next day. No issues and a fair price. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Thanks Mpr!
