Love this place. They always take the best care of our pets and help guide us through any difficulties. Got an older cat that has been doing great from their expertise. Got a young puppy who is happy and healthy as well. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

The best and very friendly! My fur baby had a tumor above her eye.
They removed it, and she is now doing amazing. More active and happier in just 2 weeks. Thank you so much from all of us. ? the picture below is her in-between. Thank God it was not cancerous.

Dr. Erin & the entire staff at Mountainview Small Animal Hospital
have been a lifesaver for me and my dogs over the years. The Care and concern for each of my dog's medical needs is above and beyond other vets in my experience owning animals for over 25 years. I went in today just to say hi to the staff and thank them for the nice card they sent me when my latest Athena was put to rest. And it was great to see some new dogs in the waiting room. She had many medical needs and had to be there all day and because I let my dogs roam free she didn't like to be kenneled. So she had a special baby gate enclosure when she was there all day. And would just hang out and watch them work and just would watch the world go by most days. They even board animals and take in homeless dogs as well. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of solid honest vet care for your pets.

I've been going to Mountainview Small Animal Hospital for over 20 years. I couldn't be happier with the doctors, staff and over all experience. They have always taken the best care of our dogs ? . My husband & I have had 9 dogs come through our home during that time & all have been given excellent care. Our oldest is now 16 years old.

This place is great. I chose this hospital because our dog needed to be spayed and there are special precautions for her breed. The veterinarians here have lots of experience and that is the kind of doctor I look for myself. They did a great job with her surgery and the best part is they actually truly care for your pet. The follow up calls to check on your pet and the communication is great. Thank you so much Mountainview!

I'm sure they're great but I felt like I got a sales pitch. Cat was sick with fever. They wanted us to get like $700 worth of tests. Just went with oral antibiotics for $50 and the cat was fine a couple days later. It was a waste of money but my gf was worried about the cat.

They are all very kind! I love the crate cover that they spray with pheromones which they let you borrow when you come in. It definitely worked on my kitty because she was nervous and she instantly calmed down with that draped over her crate. They go above and beyond to help everyone feel comfortable. Everything smelled clean and fresh when I walked in the waiting room and the exam room. I definitely appreciate that. Thank you!

We added another baby to the Mountain view small animal family. Yesterday we took our Cane Corso Bellona Bruto to them for her vaccination and check-up. It was a great experience from tge get go. We were greeted very friendly by the staff. Belong was treated so lovingly from the nurse. Then comes in tge Vet she as kind to her as she was the first time with Priscilla. I had my daughter deal with everything and she was shown so much respect.

The vets are careful and knowledgeable. They have a large support staff that is friendly and reliable. I like the flexibility of being able to call or text my questions/concerns. I went to another local vet who diagnosed one of my cats with hypothyroidism. That was the end of the interaction. We thought it was like a bad cold and expected our kitty to recover. Our poor kitty died in great pain. When another of our cats started displaying the same symptoms, the vets at Mountainview diagnosed him right away, gave us options on how to proceed, and worked with us to calibrate his dosage. He's back to his normal, happy self. More expensive? Yes, but worth every penny in terms of quality care and excellent communication.

This business needs to be more professional to client and not try to take their money for services they didn't provide. They don't give correct diagnosis of your animals they truly don't need to be in business.

We have gone here for years and have never received anything but the best care from Dr. Hempel and his amazing staff and technicians. We have had everything from major surgeries to annual shots for all of our dogs and cats and have been so thankful for such a wonderful and caring place to take our Fur-Babies. We also board here once in a while. We know if anything were to happen they would always take the right steps to ensure their health and safety while we are away, even if they couldn't get ahold of us!

My Rottweiler had a sore leg. Hesitant to walk or go up or down steps. They did a thorough physical examination of my dog's legs. They didn't do any unnecessary imaging. The other vet I go to they would have done the imaging and I would have left spending more money than I can. I'm so grateful for the patients and kindness they showed me and my dog. We left with some medication and hopefully my girl will be feeling better in a few days.
