Very knowledgeable and highly recommended. if you need a random type of baseboard or casing, she can find the exact match for you and have it by the next day even if all you have is a picture. I was given a discount for coming back a few times already, but even if it was the exact price as the bigger stores down the street, I would still go back to her 1st.

Great prices, fast response and incredible customer service! Kathleen took incredible care of us and worked with us on all our doors, windows, baseboards and door casements. Despite the numerous questions and change orders we kept throwing her way, she continue to keep up with us and get s everything we needed in a timely manner. She was great at following up and staying on top of everything. I would highly recommend for big and small projects. Can't say enough good things about our experience, quality of product and Kathleen!

I reached out to the Moulding Depot to look for some custom doors. The team was very responsive and helpful when it came to finding doors that would fit the awkward opening size. We did not end up going with them as the doors were out of our price range, but I still appreciate the help I received.

Great price and fast response. I ordered and then picked up baseboards the next day. They cut them in half for me because I couldn't take 16' pieces. I tipped for the great service.

My fiance and I were looking for base boards and our friend highly recommended this place. He had a good experience here and after shopping around and comparing prices we decided to go take a look. I notice that they were only open on Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 4:30PM which is during our work hours. I decided to make a phone call and ask to set up a weekend appointment and to my surprise Kathleen was able to meet me after hours on a weekday! I was so pleased with how accommodating she was. We came in at 6:15PM on a Thursday and took a look at everything that was available. We decided to go with the Victorian Newport Base. The price was exactly around our budget. We ordered 510 feet and some extra to keep on hand. We also order 36 corner pieces. The total came out to around $700 (not exact price). Love the customer service and the friendliness of the owners. Love the prices. I will be recommending to everyone I know!

Excellent prices and excellent services. Prices are so much better than the box stores and so is the service. Very knowledgeable which again you don't get at the box stores and more of a personalized service here too.
