Raising five grandchildren, house burnt down January 2023!! So paying for Phone not gotten back!! So the account has been overcharged for at least 10 months, can’t seem to get anybody to help me!! So we’re talking hundreds of dollars for a teenage kid who has no phone, I’ve had to buy another one. They even gave out her phone number to another customer but still has not refunded or discounted my bill!! Such bad service, don’t care about their customers !! Go somewhere else, I would, if I could they’ve got me hooked my grandkids won’t give up what little they have breaks my heart.?NC

This is the worst experience and the first with a phone company. I purchased a phone from this place 10days ago the phone stopped charging last night. I took it for a replacement or to get it fixed. The unprofessional staff were very rude and telling me they can’t help me because I broke the phone. The phone does not have a single scratch. The funny thing is the employee that used to work at Burger King couple months ago and now work for metro pcs is all of a sudden the expert on phones. they have no professional technicians to look at the phones they just want you out of the store.

do not go to this store unless you want to be disrespected, talked down to and lied to. The female manager with the short boy hair cut is nasty to customers. She also sports around a lanyard from "Stizzy" Stizzy is the brand name for marijuana. This store should be shut down. I hope the owner, district manager or whoever is above her sees this review. Your manager not only uses weed but advertises while wearing the Metro Pcs uniform.
