I am sooo outraged how in this store they steal and lie to customers with such audacity. Today 03/22/23 I went to see what had happened to a phone I bought last week, they sold me a phone that is useless and expensive. I returned to the store and they told me that they were going to send me another one, that was last week, they left me incommunicado for all those days. I went to the store today because I don't want the phone, I want my money, I think it's fair that they return my money since the money I got was never useful. Well, I went and the woman who helped me today was the same one who sold me the phone, she yelled at me and told me that she wouldn't give me anything back and that I should do whatever I wanted and she even threw the phone at me, she is abusive because I am a person elderly. If the owner of this store sees this Message, please watch the cameras so he can see how they mistreat people here. This was around 10:30 am. I warn people so that they don't buy here and have to go through the same thing as me.

Be careful when coming here Gladys will charge you for accessories and not give themtoyou. I transferred a new line of services, she told me todays total was 88, I paid and left. When I got to my car and looked at my receipt I saw that activation was free. She had charged me for a screen protector and a charging cord. When I went back inside tocomplain she said there was nothing she could dofor a refund, but just forgot to give me the items, which I never wanted. There is no one else in the store tocomplain to. My husband went there earlier in the day for a new service line; she uncharged him 150. She banks on you not reading your receipt and charging for items you never asked for. Be careful.

I went to the store and the girls were helpful specially Abby she gave me a lot of acknowledgment for a new phone I was looking for.It was from an iPhone to an android so she gave me the right information in the end I feel like I decided and choose the right one. best service ever from abby, I went to the store looking for a new device to upgrade since my old device didn't have enough memory. i came to this store an abby greet me right and explain to me about the device i was interesting witch was the NOKIA. because I went to the other metro by Cardenas and they couldn't tell me why it was a better phone from the Moto g play they try to sale me a Moto g pure witch it was the same memorie and they didn't have no more phones. I don't understand how they only have two phones..I appreciate abby for helping me on my new device

I bought a new phone with screen protector and case. Both screen protector and case were for the wrong phone. The screen protector also had bubbles we told them if they can fix it and they said it would go away it didn't it only got worse. And the phone case is for the wrong phone the charger and finger print scanner does not line up at all. They charge so much to do everything wrong and to not fix anything when told to do. This place is a waste of time don't come if your buying anything new. I would only recommend coming here if you are only paying your phone bill.

never go to this metro! the worker there..abby simply ignored many of our questions and was rude. they also charge almost $50 for a simple clear case and say they’re gonna “give you a store discount”.

I called the other day to ask a question if this store offered phone repair services, at first I talked in Spanish but there was a word I couldn’t pronounce right so my mother told me to switch to English and so I did and the person who was working hung up on me, I found this extremely rude as they didn’t say anything, they just hung up. We tried calling again and the person working ignored our calls, we called many times till giving up. We live a little near but we weren’t about to go to the store just to ask a small question that can be answered through a simple phone call nor did we have the time to do so. This was extremely unprofessional, there was no reason to hang up without saying anything, the person could’ve simply asked me to repeat my words:,(

So it's 7:35 p.m. your store supposed to close at 8:00 I just get there the employees lock in the door lights are off ready to leave for the night it's not 8:00 yet people your store hours say you're open until 8:00 stay open until 8:00 not 7:30

Had a really bad experience. Abby actually works at the clothing store next door, then comes over to the Metro Store when people walk in, I had to wait 10 minutes in the store, wide open. I went next door to ask them, that's when they called Abby, hey you have a customer! Wow. Abby added a pet tracker line without telling me that she's adding a phone line, she handed me a pet tracker said it's a promotional, it's free. She double charge me for a phone, went back to try to correct it, she changed her story and the discount promotional was actually being financed, so I ended up paying upfront and charge a finance charge. This is not the way Metro PCS wants to be represented, I don't know the franchiser, but I doubt they want to be represented this way. Esclated this to corporate. I feel we have a responsibility to let corporate and the store owner know this is how their brand is being represented. Not Good!

if i could give negative stars i would the manager there is so rude she didn't want to tell me her name but she has tattoos all on her arm metro should be ashamed of having someone like that representing them just because shes miserable with her life doesn't mean she can take it out on others. Never coming back rather buy a phone from somewhere else!
