I'm always apprehensive about who I let do my hair because I am not tolerant of anyone pulling my hair, at all. Also, I am mulatto; many stylists are unfamiliar with my texture.Mira colored and styled my hair beautifully and was very informative about curly hair products. She has very gentle hands for my very tender (like a kid) scalp and did not pull my hair once! While she worked her magic, I was so comfortable that I had forgotten that she was new to me. Plus, she's right down the street from me here in Lake Elsinore! No more driving 30+ minutes way to get my hair done!Thanks Mira!

Called to see if I could make an appointment for mother 2 days ahead. But before I could make an appointment they needed a deposit.. “because some people cancel or don’t show up” I manage to say that it didn’t sound good for business & before I could ask what if something like an emergency came up would our deposit be returned… the woman on the phone said, thank you for calling & have a nice day.. then she hanged up on me. Guess they must have a line of customers everyday. ?Wouldn’t take my 95 yr old mom, there at all!!! I didn’t read some of the reviews which I should of! And I agree, very RUDE !

Absolutely terrible and RUDE. Tried charging $100 for a simple wash and style. When I said that was crazy she said leave and don’t come back. No wonder she has a help wanted sticker on her door — you’ll soon be out of business with that attitude.

I have been going to this salon since before Covid (2019) and have found Lucy to be extremely professional and skilled as a hairstylist. The salon is always spotless. Lucy's service is impeccable. I would highly recommend Lucy's to anyone interested in a great haircut or new style.

Stylist charged me $150 to turn my hair nasty green tinted dark brown(supposed to be light brown/dark blonde) and refused to fix it. Had to spend over $200 elsewhere to fix it.

The people that works here does not do a good job with cutting or dying hair. They even give you attitude whenever you ask them a specific question about a style. The only person who gives great service was the young lady who doesn't work here anymore. Hopefully she'd moved to a better work place where she deserves to be.
