They don't care about the customer or giving a job in a time frame . Would take months for a job and would blame the company that the parts are not here, also would over charge for the jobs over quote .

I was hit by a semi, which shattered my rear driver side door. The other party’s insurance was dragging their feet about giving me a fair settlement so I could get the repairs I needed done. Once Leo’s auto body got involved, everything changed. I got a much larger settlement. They actually found the door that I needed (I drive a Saturn Ion with suicide rear doors. Keep in mind that Saturn is out of business and no longer stocks most parts) Yet Leo’s was able to find one. It was like magic.! They do quality work and they are fast too! They even got the insurance company to reimburse me for my rental. If you want quality work, done quickly, at good prices, then Leo’s auto body should be your first choice. I’ve never had such a great experience.

I have a brand new 2021 Honda Civic three months old when I dented in the front right fender. I was so mad at how I had wrecked my brand-new car, after calling my insurance let me tell you I did not feel any better I only felt worse. A friend of Mine directed me to Leo’s, the money that they saved me was incredible I even got a discount at the Rent-A-Car place because of Leo. All of the people that work there are incredibly nice these are real folks and willing to cut a person a break . Special thanks to Alina She runs that office and is incredibly nice. If you need anything done go to Leo’s Main Street in Lake Elsinore they were super fast at getting my car fixed and and it looks perfect. We had rear bumper damage and Leo’s did a perfect job!!!! We can’t even tell anything was wrong. Paint color is perfect on a 2013!! Great and friendly customer service. We can’t give enough credit for the work done!!!!Service: Auto body & trim replacement
