I’m changing my review because it was on me, my fault that it was hesitating.. Oscar did good work, rebuilt carburetor, replaced spark plugs and complete oil change.. turned out perfect in a short period of time.?

I have known Oscar for over 10+ yrs off of craigslist working on the boats that I have had and Noone beats his prices ...grew a great friendship with the guy over the years now that I dnt have a boat I stop by and say hi.every once in a while..lake elsinore marine is the place to be and get ur pwc worked on.discard all the negative reviews and not sayn this because of the above but when people are busy they r busy we r not always the first people in line there's always otheres in front u wanna be infront then pay more...

Oscar is super easy to work with. Although clearly extremely busy, especially during peak season, he’s still able to take some time to help with even the smallest issues that arose with my boat without any hassle. Will be back again if I need any other repairs or equipment from his store inside

Similar to a lot of the one star reviews. My motor sat in their shop for over 4 months. They never made an attempt to contact me. Only communication occurred when I made the call. It was a simple 4hp motor that ended up “unfixable”. Luckily I did get my full money back. They also broke the latch for the cover and instead of fixing the simple problem they gave me $20 extra. The entire over all experience was very pathetic and unproductive. I wouldn’t trust them with my weed eater at this point.

I dropped my motor off February of 2024 and here is July 21st and I still don’t have a motor working. The outboard was warranty and they still couldn’t get it running. Highly unknowledgeable and had no customer service. I had to call every time to get any kind of update. Do yourself a favor and stay away

I’ve taken my boat to this shop a couple of times and every time I was extremely impressed with the turn around time and honesty which I hate to say but can be hard to find in a mechanic. Oscar could have easily sold me on a starter for my older 1990 boat but noticed a simple electrical issue and corrected it. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and Oscar. I would highly recommend this place for all boat related things

Ok so took my boat in for a new throttle control power steering lines and some coolant work for the motor .... how can I trust the work when the main seal is not even put in correctly. ( picture attached ) and at least clean up the old power steering fluid from replacing the lines ( picture attached ) I have not looked at the electronic connection for the new throttle yet but I can just imagine there not sealed with water tight connections. Oh yeah don't use your card to pay for it theres a 3 % charge just fyi

Don’t have enough good words to say. 1988 Sea Ray needed engine work, floor and stringers replaced. All was done well…we are happy to have the boat back in such good shape. Highly recommend….thank you Oscar!

Went to this place when I knew nothing about outboards. Had a suzuki impeller fixed, later the impeller went out again and when I opened up the lower unit I realized a detent and bolt were missing. Brand new engine they lost the parts and put it back together not telling me..... I wish I could give this place negative stars.

Worse customer service ever and even if I did need my boat repaired I wouldn’t trust these people especially having a security guard that assaulted my husband. I got it all on video as well. I am disabled and got real sick in the car to do errands. My husband cleaned it up and we drove by a dumpster that wasn't even on their property. This security guard as he claimed was watching the place came out barefoot jumped over the gate putting. Tried to open our car doors putting the trash in our car. My husband tried to get in the drivers side car and the guy opened it and when my husband blocked him from getting in he slammed the door on my husbands arm.If we were in the wrong I understand that but one he had no business touching our car and then assaulting my husband. It’s all on video and I will be taking it to the news media as well. Not to mention he just said he was watching the place. This guy literally looked like a homeless guy that was staying there. He also looked like he could have been on a controlled substance. If this was their dumpster it should have been locked up behind their gate. It wasn’t even on their property. This guy was apparently a control freak. Like they say first impression is the last impression and if this is the kind of people they have working for them I definitely wouldn’t go there for any kind of repair.

Brought my motor here for a impeller about a year ago. Anyways had to fix my impeller again just because life but while fixing it I discovered that there is a bolt missing and some detent pins missing.... So they probably lost it while fixing it and just threw it together without the parts.. Lol! Wish I could give some negative stars.Service: General repairs & maintenance
