Lousy customer service. Once you leave your car for service you'll never get to speak to a person again until you return. They only text. No one answers the phone or calls back. Ever.

Sebastian sold me my dream car!
I bought a new FORD SUV that I saw on the lot and I just knew it was the one! Car buying can be so stressful and I was finally in the financial place to make the purchase. I did months of research comparing used cars to new. New was the best option for me and it is worth it to purchase a car that you love because when it comes time to make the monthly payment you can be proud of the purchase! They were also able to set me up with KATZKIN leather interior and it looks amazing ! Sebastian was a very good member of the sales team and it was the best first timer new car buying experience because he had the patience to explain how financing works, he was able to work with me to find the right financing plan, he was patient when I felt overwhelmed and needed to take step back and walk around the lot to clear my mind! I appreciated that they took the time to explain everything to me so that I could make an informed decision. In this case buying a new car was the way to go to fit my lifestyle needs and I recommend buying your dream car new because again when it comes time to make the payments I just have a lot of pride with my purchase because I love my car. Good customer service is everything and please give Sebastian a raise- he deserves it! thanks!
I love the ford points system and managers are great to address any concerns.
I'm glad I went with a ford suv.

Kim, was very helpful getting all the issues my car had resolved. She kept us informed of what they would be doing to fix the issues. She was awesome! I wanted to let her supervisor know how pleased we were with her assistance, but had some unforeseen issues come up and never got a chance to do so.

I waited 3 HOURS and 10 MINUTES for a simple oil change with Acabin and air filter change. Being a certified mechanic, I can tell you this is an extremely long time to keep someone waiting for a job soo quick. I'm forced to bring it to the dealer as this is a company vehicle (fleet). In the past I used quick oil change shops and I would be in and out in MAX an hour. I was told it was finished and was asked to wait on the curb (in 104 degree heat) as they brought my van to me. 12 minutes in the heat later, I find out they're washing my van!! THAT'S NOT A VEHICLE THAT'S READY! Their is no sense of urgency in this place! I right less then a star if I could.

I called at 7:45 this morning for "the works" service, got a 9:00 appointment and was out of the dealership by 10:15. They were quick and efficient!!
