Wasn't much help in the service department all we wanted was a simple radiator cap for a Jeep Liberty 65th Edition they didn't have the correct part we needed but we were in luck O'Reilly's had exactly what we needed for only $9 the dealership wanted $47 but wasn't the right radiator cap O'Reilly's has my vote

Even though I didn’t get a deal done today Ricky Ricardo, he was professional, honest, and respectful, when I’m ready to buy Ricky will get first dibs, I was going back-and-forth with Lake Elsinore and Hemet, Hemet had a great online price, but it came down to the old bait and switch for more than $10,000 over the Internet price, Ricky was fair and honest the whole time that’s all I can ask for.

I delt with approximately 6 staff members during my time of purchasing and picking up vehicle. Finance manager was very helpful. Every single staff member was actually friendly and helpful. The place was clean and open. Drinks + snacks free of charge. I dont have good credit but was still able to get a vehicle. Highly recommend them fast and painless process.
Update: an issue with the car that existed at day of purchase has yet to be remedied. Theres been endless back and forth with service dept. If you buy a used car from them check all electronics and test drive it well. If any issues document who you talk with and when. No one seems to communicate with each other in the service department. So its nearly like starting from scratch each time.

I had a leak on the back window of my 2019 dodge ram 1500 Classic and for some reason my vin number wasn’t covered by the recall/extended warranty but David (the one with tattoos) was able to get it approved to get fixed. He followed protocol that dodge had him follow which was putting caulking around the window which looked horrible. David wasn’t happy and nor was I, so he went to bat for me and got it handled the right way which was to reinstall an entire new window and dodge covered it. David went above and beyond when I had firstly called Temecula Dodge and they offered no help at all, they wouldn’t even return my call after I asked to speak with a manager about this and left her several messages, so thanks to David and Lake Elsinore Dodge for going above and beyond to take care of their customers.
