My 1st time here LabCorp 03/25/2024 on 31571 Canyon Estate Drive Lake Elsinore the service was excellent the lady name Lisa took care of my test she recently transfer from San Clemente in July but been with LabCorp for few years she was a GEM experience had no problem find my vein and super polite very nice and the African American man long hair man with glass on at front desk was super nice helpful ( sorry I didn’t get his name) my opt. was quick painless pleasant.

I have been to this Canyon Estate Drive Lake Elsinore every Monday for the last 4/5 months for routine lab work and the staffs here always courtesy police nice and super healthful professional very pleasure to deal with not just to myself but I notice each time they provided excellent services to all the clients that walk in this location. These employees at this location are the best of the best that everyone appreciated them. Thank you LabCorp in Canyon Estate late Elsinore location.❤️??

Terrible!!! If I could give no stars...omg. The front desk lady kept telling everyone there next and we all waited so long! All I had to do was pee in a cup and it took two hours for them to call me back. So disorganized and disappointing.

I'm so sick of going into medical offices and listening to employees talk like they're out with their friends. Maybe if they would focus on their job instead of treating patients like they're interrupting their conversation, it wouldn't be an hour wait for something that takes 5 minutes. Girl at the front desk couldn't have been more rude. I'll pay the $80 to have someone come to my house.

Drug screening is only done after 1pm. That information isn't provided on the form that's required to bring in prior to your test. Additionally they do not provide you directions on how to provide an sample. The directions are printed on an 8.5 × 11 inches piece of paper out of view.The staff weren't nice and treated me and others harshly. The receptionist was rude and didn't want to answer questions. Additionally when you try to call they WILL NOT answer the phone.I do not recommend this place for drug screening or other lab work needs.

Worse place long wait even with appointment! Bad customer serviceIf you fasting or need to take urine test they have you waiting a long time purposely!Rude staff they hate there jobs. I wouldn’t even trust them with my dog!

Madison was wonderful in helping me this morning. She helped me find my labwork order in the system so that I could go to the wildomar office with no trouble. Friendly excellent customer service, Madison was extremely helpful.

Attempted to walk in for bloodwork. Arrived at 9am, business hours are displayed as open. The door was locked. There was a sign that stated max capacity 6 people. After knocking 3 times, with 5 minutes between knocks, and calling twice with no answer, I finally asked reception at the urgent care and while they were helpful, had no resolution.If the door is locked during business hours, please put up some kind of communication as to why so we can make adjustments. Or put a message on your answering system.I'll be try again next weekend and will update this review regardless of what happens.

Worst labcord ever. They made me go back and forth to my provider to get the code. Finally they said labcord don't do delta hepatitis D test and sent me to lab quest .I came to lab quest but lab quest in Murrietabut don't take IEHP insurance . But lady in lab quest nice enough to walk me to labcord nearby in same building and labcord in Murrieta did my blood test that this labcord in lake elsinore said they don't do. Worst service ever!

This is the best place for my family's labwork needs. My newborn 2 years ago needed bloodwork done and they were so patient and efficient. Always professional and caring as well. For all my pregnancy labwork recently, post partum and post surgery. They have never left any bruises. I prefer this labcorp over any other place - especially the hospital techs that draw blood.

Staff at lab are very kind and helpful. Easy check in and in and out time is quick. Compared to others Lab corp #1.
