Exceptional experience. Diane was very responsive to my request for seat springs for the front seat of my 1977 westy. Found out about this place when we moved. I can't speak for the owners experience but I will say he was very untrusting. It's unfortunate to say the least. His prices are high and he doesn't allow you to decide on the part. You tell him what you need and he gets it. This is concerning considering it's a part going on my ride and if there is a choice, I should be the one to make it. I hope he has a change of heart at his new location. All the best.

Excellent service, Interstate Used Parts- VW Specialist has tons of good quality parts, my 1969 VW Bug is almost there. Thanks again for everything. My Granddaughters Electric VW Bus, she's 5, and don't get caught with your hand in the Cookie Jar Bus, my 96 year old grandma bought me the Bus Cookie Jar and the Riding High on the Cannabus table Coaster, "Love you Grandma ❤ ". I really appreciate what you guys/girls have done for me, you've had all the parts I needed to get my Bug restored. I still have a few things to get from you guys so, Thanks again, you're all awesome.

Great customer service! Diane told us upfront that they had a part for our 74 VW Beetle. The part was ready for us when we got there. Jim was such a great help with everything. We ended up getting something else there since he was such a great help.We will probably go back again soon since we're restoring our 74 Beetle.
