So I originally had a 5 star review for this place because they have a wide variety of everything you could want at a smoke shop.On 2 separate occasions I have called from a friend's phone on my way there with an expected time arrival to be just after closing. I asked if they would be willing to wait for me. Both occasions they said they were willing.However, on the second occasion I purchased a SD Danks Quartz Banger and 2 Elf Bars. Due to the rush of trying to get me what I needed as quickly as possible. The lady that works there Sunday evenings didn't put my 2 Elf Bars into the bag with the Banger.I was going to pay with card when I forgot my ID so I paid cash. So she cancelled the card payment.When I left the store and got not even 10 minutes down the road I opened the bag and realized neither of my Elf Bars made it into the bag.I immediately opened up their store on Google maps and attempted to open a chat conversation with their store the night of and day after with my dilemma.I live out of town and where I'm working has no reception so we use wifi only. Day after day I checked the conversation to no avail. Today was the first chance I had since last Sunday that I could make it back to town I immediately went to the shop.The same lady that was working the night I spoke to her on the phone to allow me to come in few minutes after closing was working. I thought surely she would remember me from that night since it was barely a week ago.She had no recollection of who I was or me calling that night. I told her about the Elf Bars and that she forgot to put them in the bag and she insisted that she didn't see any on the counter after just admitting she didn't remember me.Anyways that is why I am lowering my 5 star review to a 3 star review.

I love this place. Not at all like the rest of the 'smoke' shops in the area. It's very well maintained and provides a wide variety of products from tobacco to vapes, dabbing and of course Montana Colors Paint and other graff supplies.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! This place is awesome. There are smoke shops on every corner....literally! But this spot has everything you want/need and the best customer service to go with it! Great prices, great selection. Top notch customer service, no need to go anywhere but here!! And a pizza shop right next door, u know u goin' the munchies?

This is a great little smoke shop. Their selection is on point, and the staff is amazing here. They always go above and beyond to help me find whatever I need. They carry a wide variety of products, including affordable glassware from local artists in addition to pieces from more popular brands. Without a doubt my favorite local smoke shop.

Edit 8/16/2022: Kat was a pleasure to speak with and kept my experiences here consistently positive. Thanks Kat for your help.Aly is awesome! Very personable, friendly, and helpful. Good customer service draws new customers and returning customers, especially in a smoke shop. So I'll be back :) I also love how many things there are to browse. I gave in and bought some incense sticks, they have cones as well. Boyfriend loved their scents. But there is so much more than that, go take a trip and see.
