Best place ever!! Soni has such a light hand, great customer service! I have been looking for someone that is able to prefect my eyebrows, Soni has been the only one that’s able to! I have sensitive skin and breakout easy and struggled to find someone that wouldn’t trigger these things. Soni has always only used clean tools, changes threads, and I NEVER had a flare up with her! If you struggle with finding a place, come here! Not to mention she’s the sweetest person I’ve ever met! Give her a try, you’ll always come back! (:

I recently moved to the area and have been desperately looking for a threading salon. After reading reviews for the IBrows in Lake Elsinore, I decided to go. Sofia tells me to sit and she starts to work on my eyebrows. I said wait a minute, aren’t you going to ask me what I want - she steps back and says OK. I explain to her that my right eyebrow is wider and fuller at the end as opposed to the left that is very thin - I wanted them even & not to take anything off the left end. Wanted them cleaned up and to cut off bushy parts. She did my right eyebrow and I was happy with it. Then she moves to the left eye and when she’s done, she explains that the left one she couldn’t do much with it because it’s thinner - that she did the best she could. She said to come back when it grew out and she can fix them up. You would think she would have matched the right one to the left????. I had to ask her to trim more off the right more to try and match left. I came home, cried then tried to fix them as best I could. They don’t tell you when you call CASH only. I had a $100 bill but they could not break it. This is a business? They had me go to the credit union and pull out cash. I would never recommend this place to my enemy. I’d give it a ‘0’ if I could.Service: Eyebrow threading

sorry I didn't think it was clean. the eyebrow brushes seemed to be re-used and not disinfected. the string was touched with dirty hands. I was not comfortable, didn't feel safe. I had to get my eyebrows re done somewhere else.Service: Eyebrow threading

These ladies decided to look at my mother In law AFTER SHE PAID, AFTER telling her she’s so pretty, and said “You gained weight”.What in the world. And you EXPECT a tip when you’re being plain rude. Girl…my first experience eyebrow threading was at your building and it was uncomfortable. Hopefully our experience elsewhere will be wonderful and kind.
