Yolanda was very informative and extremely helpful full. Was new to 1099nec fileing status and usualy do my owne 1040easy. She explained what I could claim and should not. Lori helped me today. She did an amazing job. Definitely want her to do my taxes for next year. She was professional and very nice. Needs a raise. She helped me with my mess of 2020 taxes that I have alot of difficulty with. Yes I filed them late because I didn't know what to do. But she helped me out so much. Thank you. Even was able to do my 2021 taxes. It only took her 1 hour and 30 minute ish for both years. Alot better than turbotax online. Thank you see you guys again.

Back in January 2021, my business partner and I wanted to try out HR Block (as we have used Turbo Tax for our business the last few years). Unfortunately, we were not able complete our tax return soon after, and we ended up filing an extension. So the first week of October 2021, we worked about 4 hours inputing data/files from Quickbooks, etc.However, on the 3rd day of logging in to our HR Block account, we got blocked out of our account due to the two factor identification. Our Username and password for HR Block was saved on our iCloud account, and thus accessible on all of our computers. So user name and password was not the issue, but rather the 2 factor identification. The first option for two factor identification was texting a code to our phone number. Unfortunately for us, phone number we had used in January to sign up with HR block, was paid off and no longer active. Since we didn't have that number anymore, the only option was to click on, "Try another method". This 2nd option for the 2 factor identification was my business partners email address, so we figured problem solved. We were wrong.After clicking on "Try another method", we proceeded to check my business partners email inbox, as well as the junk/spam folder. Nothing. So then we tried again, and again. Nothing. So then we tried logging in on our other business computers. Nothing. We probably tried 15 times total. Obviously our last option at this point was to call customer service at HR Block (which I dreaded because I knew doing this would take 30 -45 mins of my time). After explaining the situation to the customer representative, we asked why we were not received the email code after so many attempts. The rep ran us through the same process that we did, again with no results. Then I explained that one of the business cell phone lines that we had in January (used to create our HR Block account), was canceled and replaced with a new number and phone. So, we asked her if she could update our phone number associated with the account, to which she responded, "Unfortunately, I can't". I replied, "Okay. Could we change the email address associated with our account then? Because we definitely have access to the email associated with the account, but are not receiving the 2-factor codes being sent to that email". The rep replied, "no". So after wasting 30-45 mins with the rep with no progress, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I spend the next 60 mins, re-explaining the situation and running through some of the same "tests" with a supervisor. The supervisor however, was not able do anything more than the rep, so she gave us a case number (13447594), and told us that her supervisor would call us back the same day, as it was 3-4 hours until 5 PM. However, we never received a call that day, nor any day after to address the issue. Between the lost time of inputing data and taking to customer service, we wasted about 6 hours of our time because HR Block did not care to really verify who we were or help get back into our account. Outside of being business owners, we are also business professionals who each make 3 figure incomes in our respected fields. If your time is valuable to you, this might not be the tax return company for you.
