I've been going to Paws appeal. For quite some time.. The shop has been bought by a new owner and they are doing a fantastic job. The place smells and looks Clean when you walk in. The staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable about grooming the dogs. I have even gotten phone calls in the middle of a grooming to double check what I wanted. My dogs always come back, well taken care of and looking their best. They are happy and don't seem scared or anything when I pick them up which I have experienced at other grooming locations in the past. Their prices are fair, which is also a great plus.

I appreciate the time they take with my dog, he has been traumatized by Petco and pet smart in his youth and taking him to a groomer use to be unbearable for he and I, but the understanding and compassionate staff eased our fears, with their experience and guidance, I am grateful that we found them it's been wonderful.

We took our 10 month old Golden Doodle here this morning to get groomed(shaved). I spoke with the owner of the shop Thursday and made a appointment for today. We were there at 10am and finished at 1pm. The owner herself did the work ! We are super happy with the great quality of work and the care and knowledge she shows while grooming your dog. I had spoke with some mobil groomers who most of them didn't want to do a dog over 30lbs or weren't available until 2025 ? We have used numerous groomers over the years and paws appeal is the best. If you are looking for a new groomer or wanting to change , definitely give this shop a try .951-235-2777

I rescued a 5 year old Pomeranian Maltese mix a couple of months ago. I took her to Petco twice and paid over $100 each time. So I decided to change it up and go to Paws Appeal Grooming from a recommendation from my niece. Paws Appeal Grooming did a way better job for half of the price. She smelled better and her coat was prettier, softer and shinier than Petco 's. Although it's a little further from my house, I will be returning to Paws Appeal. They did a great job.

Was bringing in my pup here for a while. In the beginning Emily did great. But after a while she got to comfy with my pup and was doing a horrible job there were time she back to me looking worse then she came in. But I held in there because she kept saying how much she loved my dog. But in reality she loved the money I gave her I overlooked the filthy office she kept the strong order or urine and poop around My God. Never again I did a great job in fooling me. 1. Left bald spots, her fur was so uneven long fur then short fur she kept him 2xs for 6hrs and came out looking bad. Saying she was working on him all this time When I called to pic him anther lady said she hasn't given a bath yet. This was at 4pm. Omg Never again

Business is now under new ownership new owner has 37 years experience as a all breed professional pet groomer and had a very successful shop in diamond bar California for 22 years and will very quickly become the go-to here in lake Elsinore

Such a wonderful pet groomer. Emily and her staff are amazing. They did a fantastic wonderful amazing groom on our Sheppard (Brooke) and Yorkie (Teddy). Their prices are very reasonable. They showed lots of love and care for our animals. Don't bother going anywhere else. You will not find a better groomer. Thank you

These ladies are awesome, I was recommended by somebody I met at Petco when they could not clip my dogs nails my dog is always good when he gets his nails done but at Petco they were terrified of him because he is huge when I brought him to paws appeal can walk through the door they saw my big giant dog as a sweet loving dog just like he is no one was afraid of him they clipped his nails visited with him I left there so happy I will refer people to them and brag about how great they are thank you guys so much

Went there for the first time last week and took my Bichon Frisée..., they did a fantastic job! The staff are friendly, down to earth, and will be back the rest of our "pack."

I really wanted to get my dog groomed and I got shut down by pet smart because my dog showed some aggression. I was really upset and felt hopeless calling many groomers if they could attempt to groom my puppy (Delta). I called Paws Appeal Grooming and they gave me hope. One of the ladies told me to come on down and see what they can do. Long story short Delta looked amazing. The groomer was very gentle and caring. She did it! They knew my dog had history of aggression and they did what no one else could do. I had such a big smile when I saw Delta. It was a really good feeling. I really recommend this place. I will always come here. Thank you so much!!!

I moved to the area abt a year ago. I have a mini schnauzer and have tried a few groomers in the area. They have done an ok job but it wasn't a true schnauzers cut. One place even shaved off the beard I kept searching yelp and saw this place be have high marks. It took me a few weeks to get in but OMG my dog looked ready for the Westminster dog show. The cut was a true schnauzer cut and my dog looked fabulous. We kept taking a lot of pics because she looked so stunning. A really good part was that my dog was not kept in a cage for hours either. They kept the dogs in a little area before the groom that they could play. I really appreciated that. My old groomer had done that and moving here and seeing my little buddy get put in a cage for what I knew to be sometimes 3-4 hours broke my heart. The girl that did the cut was very good with my girl. When I was ready to hand her over she did not take the leash, but bent down took those things off and carried the dog to the back. It's the little things you really notice when your little dog is your baby and world. I love this place and so happy we found it.

Quick, fast, and easy! They managed to squeeze me in last min! My husky came home looking fresh and fluffy! First time taking him to the groomer and they did a phenomenal job. Thank you guys so much! Pricing was excellent, better than most places in Lake Elsinore! 10/10! Will definitely be back!

I don't even want to leave ONE star. I can't believe what my grandmothers dog looked like AFTER his grooming. He was picked up after 7 hours of grooming, shaking and trembling, bleeding all over the backseat of the car on the way home. He is a senior sheep dog. I am livid. His tail was completely matted still and his face was completely untouched. His ears were still matted and not even trimmed, brushed, cleaned, nothing. I cannot believe this person is a licensed groomer. I understand it is difficult to groom older and bigger dogs, but to not even attempt to clean up his face, ears, or tail? He looks horrible and has cuts from the blade all over him! This is shameful.
