If I could give zero stars, I would. I just went to drop off some donations, and was very rudely addressed by a gentleman in a Cowboys jersey, who was bald and very angry about life. He had keys and was acting super mighty, I'm guessing he was a supervisor. Not very sup if you ask me. You work for a community company and you therefore should have a better attitude towards humanity - the community. I was trying to simply donate items when you had to rudely speak to me, belittle me and insult me. I would never recommend going to a place like this, to shop or donate. There are so many other places around that will take your donations with a smile. There's a way to speak to humans in a courteous manner, and this place doesn't demonstrate any of that. I don't know how they could ever be classified as "Goodwill". Don't waste your time here.

We drove our donated items (expensive men suits) to the back door. The drop off was quick, easy and convenient.

Called first and asked if they had very low prices and informed them that I was homeless at the moment and had five teenagers and they said yes prices were extremely low and that they were the place for me. I drove 16 miles around trip and was very disappointed with the prices . And left with nothing.Saddens, the Goodwill is not what it was intended for.

This is my 3rd time trying to donate my kids toys and every time IGet the same story… Oh we are not taking any toys right now cause we are full. I even went at 10am when they open and got the same story. Come on who’s managing this store ? Horrible waist of time and gas to drive to this place!

Over priced items for over used items. Manager would not let my mom use restroom . One said man the other women . Was not private restroom. Terrible customer service. Don't shop there . It's illegal to say the word s he really is
