Great work. Very knowledgeable. The tech was Jesse. Gave a great estimate and got right to work once agreed upon the scope of work to rehab this dinosaur of a garage door. Jesse reset my roll up track, new brackets, 4 new hinges, and gave me a couple pointers on easy maintenance ideas. Thank you for the great service and pleasant attitude! It took a long time to find someone in my area to ut a sreen door on my garage. Highly recommend this company they are detailed, fast and friendly. Work looks great and I can now enjoy spending time in my garage without pesky flies and other insects. Thank you Daniel for braving 108 degree temps with a continuous smile and great attitude for this install.

Our garage door broke and we were very pleasantly surprised as to how easy and fast George made the process for us. He was very professional and transparent on what was wrong with our door and we truly appreciate the quick turnaround from when we placed the call, to the service being complete. I have a massive metal gate at my work that needed service. After reaching out to Garage Doors Hero & Gate, I heard back almost immediately! We scheduled an appointment, Daniel was right on time! He discovered the service was a bit more complicated than expected, he was not deterred. Daniel made sure that the gate door was working perfectly! I was very impressed! This will absolutely be the company we work with from this point forward!

Daniel and Shawn were fantastic. I have a complicated 3 panel heavy steel gate with damaged hinges. They strategized a plan and executed it perfectly. They were completely professional! They were also really nice people who were great to work with. I highly recommend them for whatever your door/gate problems might be. The company is lucky to have such dedicated and professionals on their team!
