I'm giving 5 stars for the sake of the people who work there including the owner because of the kindness they show my Mother. But the prices and the quality of food sometimes is extremely poor. This is a local store to those of us who live close by. It has the potential to do better then it is right now. But to be completely honest I'd rather go to cardenas for my sweet bread in particular. This place is super disappointing.

I went over to buy food at noon and the kitchen lady was so kind and help me by explaining all the food options. She was so kind and patient.

Hispanic store, good meat and vegetable prices, (not the cleanest place though), prices are adjusted to the store needs so some things are more expensive.

Expired tortillas expired cheeseI got carnitas and when I got home they smelled awful this is crazy they don't throw anything away be careful people I'm going to just stop going there completely it's gross.

The food is not good at all. It doesn't have any flavor. The tortillas are heated in 2 seconds and soaked instantly. The ladies who serve have a very bad attitude. I don't recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
