First time here got my nails cut too short and she made me bleed. Do not come here at all. They rush and do not care! Did nothing to fix the problem!

service was amazing, I came in and left within the hour! I’m pretty sure danny did my nails, although I did not get his name, but overall beautiful nails he did exactly what I asked for and so quickly and flawlessly, you would think he had been doing my nails for years but this was my first time here! Definitely recommend. 10/10 ??

My daughter for prom wanted her nails done for the first time. Long story short, I literally picked a shop that had decent reviews, was open on a Sunday and close. My kid said the pedicure lady was nice, but the finger nail lady/tech was short patience, low key rude and ROUGH which is evident by 2 cuts on her cuticles. Now mistakes happen but when you hear "ouch you cut me" maybe that's your first clue to ease up but NOOOOO she cut her again. Then when my daughter wouldn't do what she asked fast enough she would get obviously frustrated and began talking about her in her language. Now the language is not a crime, but geesh can you at least play it off or wait til the customer leaves to talk about them with a negative tone or frustration. I wasn't there and my husband dropped her off so he was sitting in the car and didn't see any of this either or we would've stepped in immediately. Better yet I bet her attitude would've been more tamed had an adult been there with her. My daughter did speak up l, she's 17, but her voice was ignored. I called and complained and the tech that answered the phone apologized and the owner called back and apologized. He did at first try to say "language barrier" I politely reminded him it's not the different language spoken at all, it's the tone and the obvious irritation. I told him customers pay too much money nowadays for nails to receive poor customer service ESPECIALLY a first time customer and first time nail wearer. He was nice and apologetic but the experience was ruined so we won't be back. I have a sizeable following on social media because of the work I do so if they ask I will be honest and that's unfortunate. Better customer service could've gained him new customers. Now on the up side, she's pleased with the way her nails came out and let me repeat the woman who did her pedicure was "gentle and very nice" according to my kid. My kid got a pedicure and medium full set coffin shape. Make good customer service consistent.

My nails came out so good! She asked if I wanted my nails thick or thin, asked how skinny I wanted my coffin tips. This was actually the second design I wanted, I told her I wasn't sure what I wanted so she tried the first design on one nail and took it off and redid it with the second design. Very nice and polite, very funny!

Every time I come to this place I always leave disappointed, I asked for a gel French tip. Forget about having sharp clean lines it ends up looking like a toddler did them it doesn't even connect to the side. When Danny was doing my nails I noticed a black spot and I pointed it out to him all he said was it's probably just dust from the drill it'll go away after he adds another layer which he failed to do and it ended up being noticeable after he finished my nails. There was also white paint on the side of my fingers as well as underneath my nails. Don't waste your time coming here, time to look for another nail salon. In the video I added a mermaid powder when I got home so I didn't feel like I wasted my money.

First time there today. Great friendly service and I loved how my mani pedi turned out. I got gel toes and powder dip finger nails. I'll definitely be going back.
